1 Cashville... Wild what?!

After spending exactly two weeks and a day in this city, I decided I might as well spend the rest of my life here

Cashville, a very small but pretty town which is located North of California was where my dart landed on the map when I was gambling for where to spend the rest of my holiday.

I'm not very good at target and hit and that's why my dart landed on a place I never knew existed.

If I was forced by someone to spend the next two months of freedom I have in this city I would've strongly disagreed but since it was my fault, I had no one other than myself and my dart to get angry at.

This town kind of exceeded my expectations though. I was thinking it'll be filled with people who have zero knowledge about technology, who are living in the semi-stone age and lack internet access or anything even related to that which means I'll have to live in hell for the rest of my holiday but then they had it all.

Electricity, good water system, good everything that there is in the city but in a lesser amount since the town isn't very populated.

And the town is filled with nice neighbors, nice people and overall nice environment, too many leaves and trees, fewer cars, motorcycle, and even houses but just perfect for me because even if I won't admit it to myself, I need a break from the noise and chaos in the city and lastly, an awfully large quantity of flies.

Annoying ones, beautiful ones, and ones that are just there without a category and I guess that's exactly what you'll get from an environment with more trees than houses.

The journey here was a really rough one, I had to keep checking the GPS to know if I was still on the right path since the road gave off a bit of an eerie feeling making it seem like there is no end to the journey and I'll be met with danger on the way which almost made me turn back from the journey but knowing turning back means betrayal to the pact I made with myself that I would go anywhere my dart landed me, I decided against it.

When I saw the sign Cashville at the beginning of this town, the joy I felt was immeasurable, all the eerie feelings vanished and were replaced with a feeling so good I wondered if I was ever scared on my way here.

The people were so receiving and settling down was so easy compared to the other places I've been to.

And did I forget to mention they have very beautiful eyes? The shades are so unique that sometimes sun rays bounce off of them and just looking into it makes my day most time.

I would have taken tons and tons and tons of pictures if my camera had not been a fucker and decided to stay home without telling me.

I would have tried using my phone to take the pictures though but placing my iPhone in front of me and taking pictures of people's eyes just seem so rude since if I were the one, I'd slap whoever fucker tried that with me.

But then, I've been able to capture the most beautiful sunrise and sunset 'the most interesting part of the day ever.

Even my friends were awed at the sight of the pictures and really wanted to come here so they can view the beautiful heaven personally, but I didn't tell them my exact location though, I'd be damned if they know I'm practically in a village. But really, apart from the presence of annoying flies, I've loved my stay here in Cashville.

"Good evening Miss Thomas" I heard accompanied by a couple of knocks at my door

"One moment please!" I said from the toilet where I was busy taking a dump and simultaneously planning my evening which according to my brain is going to be spent in the forest north of here, it's just thirty minutes walk away, I heard about the beautiful flowers and trees there about three days ago and couldn't wait till I captured them on my phone so I can show it off.

After cleaning up, I immediately rushed to the door to answer the person knocking and opening it, I found an 'oh so gorgeous' man standing in front of me. He can't be any less than 6' and he has jet black hair which looked beautifully rough while indicating the number of times his hand went through them.

I think I forgot to mention the most important reason why I decided to stay in this town despite the odds I faced during my first days, it's because of the eye-catchy men here. These men are so mouth-watering to the extent that I wondered if they were ever models since their bod is just too perfect for a normal guy

"Miss Thomas?" he asked and immediately I caught myself staring. I do that a lot, as long as a guy is hot, handsome, tall and he still now has the build, I would stare at him until my eyes fall out of their sockets, and did I forget to put shamelessly?

"I'm so sorry, yes I am, how may I help you?" I replied while trying to focus on his face which would have been the easiest task if he didn't have a very hot hand.

Yes, hot hands, full of veins, flesh, muscles, and also long and beautiful fingers. I swear he is a blessed man, I can't even try to think about the things those hands could do, I would just moan out loud

I'm not a very horny creature, don't mistake it, please. I just appreciate good things that's all and also I'm currently ovulating so I guess it's partially to be blamed too.

"I'm sorry for interrupting your business," he said stressing on 'interrupting' while smiling

"I just came to inform you that citizens and visitors in this town are strongly advised to stay indoors for the next three days as there would be a curfew which starts tomorrow morning," he said while looking me straight in the eyes with his black one

"What the fuck! Three days!" I exclaimed.

There is no way in hell he meant that 'probably it's just a prank' I thought as I looked around for hidden cameras. I mean it's common these days, some random people would just walk up to you and say shit then capture your reaction without you knowing.

Seeing none but still believing it's a prank, I replied

"Hahhahahha, it's funny but I don't know why I'm not really laughing, sorry the prank didn't work," I said and as I was about to close the door in his face, he held the door and hell was he strong? Yes he was

"What!?" I said getting into defense mode, I can't fight for shit but I can at least protect myself to some extent...

"It's no prank ma'am, the curfew is actually for the safety of everyone and it'll be benefiting for us all if you adhere to it" he said giving me a smile which I gladly returned with a frown

"Excuse me, would you care to explain in detail why the fuck I have to stay inside this apartment of mine for three fucking days?" I said still partially thinking it's just a joke

"Okay," he said tiredly, took a deep breath, and started

"For about a month now, we've been having complaints about some wild animals sighted in the forest north of here so in order to check it out and eradicate any if seen, we are taking the next three days to go animal hunting with professional hunters and humans roaming around may be dangerous, that's why the curfew had to be imposed. Please kindly endeavor to adhere to this curfew ma'am or face the consequences" he said as if he was tired of saying the same thing over and over again but that is the least of my concern right now

"Wild what!" I exclaimed as that was the only word my brain registered after hearing his speech

"That's quite impossible don't you think, is the forest that deep? How the fuck did they get there!? Are we in danger!? Oh my God! I was just planning on spending the evening there, what the fuck!" I ranted, literarily shouting and capturing the attention of passerby.

"Ma'am please calm down, it's nothing serious, that's why the curfew was placed, it's for the safety of you, I, and others, and please don't go near that area," he said with a slightly worried expression

"Okay!" I dragged still very curious, anxious, and excited at the same time.

Please don't ask why I'm excited, if you were the one who heard there are wild animals 30 minutes from where you're currently staying, wouldn't you be excited?

"Yes?" he asked a little bit impatient, indicating his eagerness to move on. 'Probably he still has some other people to tell the news to'

"What kind of animal are we talking about?" I asked, curiosity taking over my anxiousness

"We aren't sure but some people said wolves, some said the bear, hyena, and so on," he said with some sort of amused smile on his face like he was surprised I asked the question instead of being scared and planning how to leave the city overnight

"I thought you'd be planning your escape from here," he said, amusement proudly lacing his voice while confirming my guess

"Sounds tempting but I'm not yet done here," I said with a smile of my own

"If I leave, I'll be betraying myself, and that I can't do, but then how do I spend three days alone in this house?" I asked frowning at the thought of it.

A part of me kind of wish he would say I should come over to his side though but then, most of my fantasies don't come true so I know not to even dwell on it

"How about you stay with one of your neighbors?" he suggested and for a moment there I thought he wanted to say me...

"As nice as my neighbors are, I can't impose myself on them like that," I said thoughtfully

"Then I guess you'll have to stay home alone then" he stated with a nod "if you'll excuse me," he said and took his leave as I was about to complain again.

"What the fuck is all this for goodness sake?" I questioned no one in particular as I closed my door with an angry jam

How the fuck am I supposed to stay at home for three whole days doing practically nothing?! That's just impossible, I'm too grumpy and jumpy for that!

After a while, I thought about my neighbors, they are very hospitable and super welcoming, but it would be too much to stay with them.

Although they are nice and would happily entertain me, they are still practically strangers and I can't stay with a stranger, not with my massive trust issues.

After much thinking, I decided,

'To hell with rules, wolves, hyenas, and whatever is it that's there in that goddamned forest! I sure am breaking this curfew, I would just tread lightly and make sure I'm not caught
