1 The Boy and the Dragon

Mc Pov

I awoke on a dragon hunters ship chained to the wall the iron cuffs were cold and wet due to water leaking in from the top deck, it was dark and stormy. I sat their patiently waiting humming a tune my mother sang me when I was younger , untill a man walked up to the cell and began saying "I'm Viggo Grimborne, your on my ship and I want you to ask you some questions or your precious dragon will be forced to make swords for the rest of its life and I'll sell the swords it makes to the highest bidder" I grunted at the sound of my dragon being forced to work so I nodded and he began asking "so then where did you come from and what's your name" I then began saying "ill answer your questions after you take me to see him, now or no answers" Viggo then opened the steel cage's door and dragged me out while keeping me In chains "There's your dragon" said a rough sounding voice "I've muzzled it's jaw so it won't fire whatever metal you gave it last, haha you think I didn't know, its mouth was secreting a molten red when we captured you and your dragon or rather you and your sword stealer" I then shouted at him saying "Leave him alone or I'll make you pay for it" He replied with Well come on try it, Viggo can I" he then pricked it with a metal rod coated in dragon root and the dragon began stumbling around as if it was in a trance and soon after it fell over and was in a trance its Golden Metallic scales glistened with the full moon, Viggo replied "Please Rykor let's try not to make the boy upset" I was then dragged back into my cell and Viggo began questioning me "So who are you and where did you come from?" I then replied "my name is Arleti Magnus and I came from the North" Viggo then having the information he wanted for now signalled to Rykor using hand gestures, Rykor came in with his fist and hit my stomach Knocking me out cold.

Viggo Pov

I began walking out of the Cell when a dragon hunter came running towards me and began saying "Viggo, Sir we've spotted 7 riders approaching" I replied with scorn "Why now of all times, All abandon ship before they see us leave, leave the boy and his dragon but leave them chained up and ignite the boat when we're at a far enough distance, we can't have Hiccup having another additional rider and a Sword Stealer at that" as soon as I said that we got ready and left on a smaller boat I signalled a Rykor to shot the ship with a Flaming arrow, this hit the boat and began slowly setting the ship on fire. As the small ship went out of distance Viggo stood smiling.

Hiccup Pov

We left in search of a dragon hunter ship as we heard rumours it was carrying an incredibly rare dragon, however I was broken out of my thought by Snotlout who shouted "Hey Hiccup that ships burning" I then gestured for us all to go in quickly as we landed on the ship we heard the faint murmur of a dragon, I then asked everyone to leave except Astrid, as I and Astrid began quickly exploring the ship we then saw a Golden tail stick out of a cage and large bashing noises, we hurried over only to see a beautiful Golden scaled Sword Stealer with a muzzle over its mouth. I then gestured for toothless to shoot the cage lock as he did the Sword stealer ran out seemingly in a panic I tried to calm it down by showing it my hand, it moved towards my hand I removed the muzzle and it ran off further into the boat and its head pointing us in the direction it wanted to go, I got on toothless and followed the sword Stealer Astrid wasn't to far behind as she caught up the Sword Stealer began banging on a metal Door, I then asked toothless to shoot it after he did we ran in the room to see a Boy that looked around the same Age as us with Black hair with Golden accents and a slender body, unconscious on the floor, we rushed in and picked up the boy and placed him on Toothless and the sword Stealer must've been so stressed it collapsed I then said to Astrid "Let's lift the sword stealer out of here" Astrid agreed and we both carried it out flying fast so we wouldn't get caught by the flames. As we escaped the ship the other dragon riders who were above the clouds looked at us in shock Fishlegs then asked "Hey Hiccup why are you carrying a sword stealer, look its starving no Metal is coming out of its mouth and who's the passenger on your back" I then replied "well Viggo left this here as a message anyway let's get back to Dragons edge to take care of these two".

Time Skip 3 Hours

3rd Person

Hiccup and the rest arrived at Dragons Edge and placed the Rescued person on a small bed in the main clubhouse with the fireplace on as it was still night time. The sword stealer soon after waking up followed the Rescued Childs scent and laid next to him igniting its mouth for extra warmth,. Fish legs and Hiccup were following the Sword Stealer, Fishlegs then said to Hiccup "New behaviour and look it's even helping him even though he's weak himself" as Fishlegs said that he placed some Metal and stone next to the sword Stealer, the Sword Stealer looked thankfull and began Eating the food it was given and went to sleep resting its wings over the Child to cover him from the Loud Gale winds outside.

The Riders Gathered in Hiccups Hut and Dagur began saying "is the kid and the dragon gonna be alright" Hiccup nodded and he began saying "The Kid was definitely left there for us to see probably by Viggo hey Fishlegs can you Give us an overview of the Sword Stealer" Fishlegs then said happily and began saying "Firstly it's very illusive and it's breath changes type depending on what metal it eats their known to be incredibly loyal, they have bodies of magnet scales and a sharp tail which is comparable to Windshears, these dragons are usually found in Metal rich areas and enjoy being petted the dragon has two known weaknesses the dragon hates water so it will avoid water and instead drinks liquid metal or lava secondly it has a major weakness on the back of its underbelly if its touched right at the base of the tail the dragon will barf up anything its eaten and will be incapacitated it says here that it's due to the hardened scales being on the top of the dragon it's underbelly is exposed near its legs right at the base of the tail and since it is sensitive it sends the dragon to a calmed state as it is a sensitive part of the dragon"

Hiccup replied "thanks Fishlegs now how about we leave this till the morning when they are awake" Everyone seeming in agreement left to their own huts.

A few hours later,Daybreak

The sword Stealer had woken up and began flying towards Hiccups hut its metallic flaps made a distinct noise that differed from Windshears it Was more like a clingy noise than smooth metal, it began walking on top of Hiccups roof, Hiccup woke up wondering what the noise was only to see the Sword Stealers head peaking through the Skylight on Hiccups roof, Hiccup was left speechless as he saw its lava like saliva dripping from its mouth, Toothless saw this and began snarling at the dragon.
