1 Prologue/Chapter 1

Prologue

Narrator Pov:

 The mysterious man is walking up to the person in the ally. When he gets there he makes sure that no-one is watching. After that he proceeds to ask in the damp dark ally, "Did you find them?"

 "No, but I did find out that he will be spending Middle school and above in the city. Though I still cannot figure out his name so he will most likely use an alias to not be found. Honestly I do not know how they know how to stay off the Radar so well. It should be impossible, I even have my best agent hidden in AI6 and they can't find anything. Basically Valka Haddock and any children she had never existed!," The person says making the man angry.

 "Well I will be having my children infiltrate the school when they attend. Features like the ones Stoick and Valka had should be impossible to miss," A burly cloaked man said from farther in the ally.

 "Leader what are you doing here?," The first man asked. 

 "I was wanting to check up on some stuff. I don't know what happened to Valka but anyway we can always make a move when the one we are looking for appears." The burly cloaked man said before chuckling a laugh and disappearing as quickly as he had appeared.

Chapter 1

(This part is the setting)

Hiccup Pov:

 Hello my name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the 3rd. I am 9 years old and have a little sister named Hannah who's 7. We live in a little, hidden, unknown, outpost, village, just off ravens point on berk.

 I am learning blacksmithing with my dads old friend Gobber since he wanted me to continue our Viking heritage. He teaches me in his off time since he has work creating stuff. I don't really know why we live up here but I think he wants us to grow up in nature.

 I rarely see him since he is always working at his job. I don't know much about it but he says that it is a private security business. My sister is learning self defense and fighting. The reason why I am taking blacksmithing with that is because I am a Hiccup.

 My mom has been missing for 5 years and I don't know why. All we know is that she was confirmed dead. When I asked dad he said that she was investigating something when she went missing. Next thing we know her body turns up dead in the main square of the city.

 We had a traditional Viking funeral. Though I think that I surprised the people when I shot one of the flaming arrows at the ship from the cliff nearby. Dad chewed me out for it since we do not want anyone knowing about us for some reason.

 Currently we are learning firing lessons with a multitude of weapons. The weapons include a spear, Bow, Long Bow, Compact bow, Short bow, Hand gun, Gas Grenades, Grenades, Stuns, Etc. After the lessons today I went into the forest without permission and found a cove.

 I explored it and found out that it had a lake and a cave. While trying to find an exit I realized that there were 2 possible ways in. The drop option that I had taken in and something like a rift. I take out my phone and use it to find my way back.

 When I get back I am of course chewed out for it. But then I notice some new people so I ask Gobber, "Who are they?"

 An to this he looks where I am pointing and says, "They are some people who work with your father. They were needing somewhere safe to stay so he had them come here."

 "I understand but what are their names?," I question and to this he answers, "Well you have your fathers brother Spitelout Jorgenson and his family. His sons name is Snotlout. You also Have the Hoffersons, Samuel and his wife Ingrid along with their Daughter Astrid. Over their you have Jake, Hunter, and Emma Dire, They lost their parents a few days ago so you father took them in." After that I decide to go and greet them.

 I notice that they just arrived after a trek through the woods. "Hello, my name is Hiccup," I say welcoming them. "Thankyou, do you know where we can stay here for now?," Samuel asks. "Yeah just give me a second," I respond as I go back to Gobber.

 "Gobber do you know where they can stay?," I ask and he responds saying, "I didn't have time to finish the houses since it was on short notice. So until then they can camp in our house." After that I go back to the group to tell them.

 "We don't have the houses finished yet but you can camp out in ours," I say but when Jake hears that the houses are not finished he asks. "Can I help build the houses?," Surprising everyone and I look back at Gobber who nods. "Yeah," I respond.

 "Ok, but what is your name and hers?," They say pointing to Hannah who was walking towards us after talking to Gobber. "I don't know if I am allowed to say that so just ask Gobber," I say as I lead Jake to the unfinished houses and Hannah leads the rest to ours.

 I can already tell that the Dire's will be fun to live with. Though I don't know about the others.
