14 Ch 14 Confirming my suspicions.
Today I got a letter from Jonathan this was the third or the fourth letter he had sent me after school had ended. He usually writes me normal letters with vague details as to where he is staying and what he is currently been up to but today I got a special package from him, Nimbus came carrying a big box with him.
"What is it that you have got there Nimbus?", Nimbus flapped his wings and hooted I petted him and said "Fordy!" Fordy appeared and asked, "Yes, young mistress?"
I said, "Get Nimbus something to eat." He bowed and took Nimbus with him. I opened the package it was filled with muggle devices and had 1 booklet and a letter from Jonathan.
It read "
To,
Daphne Greengrass,
Hey, Daphne how are you doing. hope all of you are well. I wrote this letter because of a business proposal that I have for your Father" and it went on to describe why he had sent these muggle tools to me and what is it that do. Honestly, it was pretty amazing for him to be able to achieve something like this at our age.
"You can test the products yourself then you can ask your father about the proposal I have for him."
I opened the booklet and read as to how to operate the "Diskman" It was a yellow coloured rounded shape device I pressed the open button and the top opened and I put the "CD" that he had sent me.
Put on the "Headphones" and pressed play and music started to play but it was coming from the "Headphones" It was weird to see how it worked but after a few minutes I felt happy and I started to dance.

I have never felt such a disconnect from the world before, It was as if I was the only one that existed. I felt someone's hand on me and I faintly heard "What are you doing?" I was scared to death it was my sister Astoria.
she asked again "What are you doing?" I caught my breath and asked, "What are you doing here?"
She said, "Well, I wanted to play with you I also gave you many calls but you didn't answer so I came in and saw you were dancing."
I smiled and said "I was testing something that my friend made. Do you want to see it?" She nodded I put those headphones on her ear and she said in a loud tone "How is music coming from them!?"
I then laughed and explained how it worked and she was impressed by Jon's invention. I then took all the prototypes to Father and explained what each of them did and how all of them have practical uses and also explained how with the recent development that has been made with Radiofrequency Jon's product could make us the riches.
Father was amazed as to how did Jon even accomplished it. He told me to set up a meeting with Jon.

My daughter came to my office in a great mood with a box full of stuff. We do not see her in such a good mood so often.
"What is it, Daphne? You look chipper today and what is in that box you are holding?"
She said "Father I would like to talk to you about a business opportunity"
She then opened the box and then pulled out some muggle objects and explained that these muggle objects work without any interference from the surrounding magic.
I was curious to know about the person who made these so I asked her "Daphne who is the maker of them?" the answer she gave was very shocking an 11-year-old boy coming up with something like this beyond imaginable.
I said to Daphne "Arrange a meeting with this friend of yours I will meet with him and discuss matters further."
Daphne was excited and she hugged me and left the room. This boy is something special if he is coming up with these kinds of things now he is only going to get even better with time I must secure this opportunity.
And I must know of his origins. If Dumbledore has arranged his stay here then he clearly cares about the boy. Maybe the goblins can provide me with some information.

I arrived at Gringotts after the meeting with Greengrass I was a bit shocked by his conditions so I came here to confirm my suspicions about him and also I wanted to invest in some stocks I mean who wouldn't.
When I arrived at the bank no one made eye contact I went up to the main guy and saw that he was not there someone else was in his position. I then went up to him and said "I would like to talk to my account manager."
He looked at me and asked "Your name wizard."
I said "Jonathan."
He then took out a book and looked through it and found out the name and said to another goblin "Tell Gornok his client is here. Please wait for a moment."
Gornok arrived and he was looking stressed and said "Mr Jonathan tells talk in private." He took me to a room we both sat down and he blurted out "I am so sorry sir that your inheritance test got leaked but I wasn't able to do anything the manager was responsible for it."
I said, "Calm down Gornok, Did someone else get the information?"
He looked down and was scared and I said, "Answer me Gornok."
He said, "There was another person who has seen your inheritance test."
I asked, "Who is it?"
He said "The master of Greengrass family Florian Greengrass."
I jumped up from my seat and said "I knew it, there is no way he would state a condition like that if he didn't know about me. I asked was it the same manager?"
He shook his head and said, "No, sir the previous manager died due to unknown circumstances, this time it was released by a common employee."
I asked, "Can we destroy the test result anyhow?"
He said, "I don't think destroying it would be a good choice, we keep a record of everything sir."
I asked, "Can we tamper with the results then?"
He said, "I think I can eventually faze out the old document."
I then sighed a breath of relief and said "Then I want you to remove as much as you can. Like remove the mention of the Gaunt and Peverell family, get rid of the Riddle Vault and change my father's Middle name."
He said, "It will take some time but will be done."
I then asked, "And make sure if someone comes to buy this information, you should be the one to sell it and make sure to take as much as you can from them, we can split the profit 90-10, you understand?"
He was confused as to why I would willingly give that information because I was angry about the said information being leaked just a few moments ago but he decided not to anger me and said, "I understand sir."
I then sat down and asked him "Okay, do you guys invest in muggle stocks?"
He said, "We have contact with some of the muggle traders, but no wizards have ever asked for this kind of service before."
I then said, "Good then I want you to buy some stocks for me."
He was confused but agreed I then told him to buy Jack Henry & Associates, Cerner Corp, Best Buy Co, Idexx Laboratories. I told him to buy more of Idexx Laboratories than the others.
I then left Gringotts. I then let the carriage go and took out my key and arrived home.

I entered the house and just plopped on the sofa.
It was a stressful day first the meeting then the whole inheritance debacle I was not sure if I should work with the Goblins it looks like they will sell anything for the right price.
The good thing is Florian only knows about my mother and no one knows my father's name so it should be fine.
As I was thinking to myself Jeely appeared with a letter and said "Heir, this letter has come for you."
I took the letter for her and said "Make me some tea, Jeely."
She nodded and left. I opened the letter it was from Victoria it was about her party it had the details as to where and when the party will be.
When I was reading the letter I was thinking about how should I handle her now with all of this.
The tea arrived I just sighed and drank my tea in peace.

Jon mostly writes about his improvement in the rune that he was working on and has talked about his living situation, I was surprised to know that he was related to some Wizard. I am happy that he will not have to live in an Orphanage.
I got his letter about two days ago stating that he was successful in powering small devices and that they ran smoothly without any interruptions from magic. It was nice to see that his hard work have paid off.
My father and brother are not that happy about mom inviting Jon to the birthday party. Father also didn't like that I was sending him letters I just hope that on the day of the party nothing bad happens.
