Chap 6

Diagon Alley

Drake and the elves "Apparates" inside a room in the leaky cauldron inn. This was room used by Dumbledore. Then, they went to Diagon Alley using the rear pub leading to a chilly courtyard that contains the entrance to Diagon and Knockturn Alley.

He walked with the elves and the first shops were the bookstores, Drake liked to come here and buy several different types of books. The first was the Obscurus bookstore, followed by the Second-Hand bookstore. He didn't find anything of interesting, so he went to Eeylops Owl Emporium. He saw several Owls but only one caught is attention, the Owl seemed to be a Snowy Owl, but it was different it had long Ears like a Screech Owl. The owner went to him.

"Oh! It seems young master is interesting in buying this Owl?"

"Yes, I am! But it's different from the other species of Owls, right?"

"Yes! It is and because of that, people do not buy it because the long ears and the size. Well, she is a mix of Snowy and Screech Owl. Although, she is very intelligent and fast even with her size" answered the shop owner.

"Well, I will take her!" answered Drake. Meanwhile, Z was on his shoulder watching everything with interest. She had charm made by Wendy to appear like a normal cat that just likes to be on Drake shoulder.

"That's a very nice owl young master and now you don't have to wait for any of your dad owls" said Alfred while taking 20 galleons from a pouch and giving it to Drake.

Drake received the money and gave it to the owner and received the owl cage.

"Well, it seems you will have a new friend Z" said Drake to the Zouwu on his shoulder.

After buying the Owl, Drake didn't find anything more interesting to buy and went back to the inn and then "Apparate" with the elves to his house.

When they arrived to the house Drake went to his suitcase and entered on it with the Z and the owls cage. He went to his secretary, took out some food made for owls, opened the cage and after while the bird was all over Drake gaining a jealous stare from Z. While, he was paying attention to the owl, Z watched a shadow running in their direction, she could have warned Drake of the impending doom, but she didn't. Drake only know that he was patting the owl and in another second is falling on his secretary scaring the Owl and in a little bit of pain. Drake turned and saw the happy looking of three heads watching him.

This would be the start of a very jealousy but friendly bond between beasts, which would give him many headaches in the future.

(TIME SKIP)

September, 1 of 1990

King Cross station, London

In the stone platforms, a lot of people could be seen wandering around in rushed state and the middle of train sounds departing or arriving, a boy could be seen moving a cart with only one suitcase. On his shoulder was a beautiful 5 coloured cat with long tail falling on his back and black hat with a dragon design on his head. Two adults were walking behind him complaining to the kid as they were walking.

"By Merlin Beard! Young master, why should we have to go through here?" asked Alfred.

Alfred, Wendy and Z had a spell to deceive the muggles.

"Yeah, why did you make us go to this place with smelly, rude and ugly muggles all around?!" Asked also, Wendy.

"First, I said to you two that you didn't have to come with me. Second, this is the away for all of us first-year students to come to school and I don't want to miss this…after all…I don't have a lot of friends of my age" said Drake in a happy tone and then with a sad one.

"Well master, that's one of the prices to pay to get stronger, what you accomplished in your age no child has ever done it," said Alfred.

"You knew it, young master, the master told you what he had to sacrifice for his rise in power. You also have paid the price by being always reading or practising something or taking care of your beasts. However, now it's time for you to make friends, "continued Wendy.

"Yeah, I know…even so I'm fucking happy!"

Drake spoke a bit loud, which gain some stares from some muggles passing by them.

"Language! Young master, language!" said Alina with a frown on her face.

"I know, I know…"

As they were still talking, they arrived at a wall between platform 9 and 10, the three people started to speed up and walk through it into platform 9 and 3/4. A long red train with a black and red locomotive was waiting. You could see a lot of young people with their parents and their luggage walking in a hurry into the carriages of the train. On the side of the locomotive, you could read "Hogwarts express".

"Hehehehe! We are here!" said Drake as he started to look around him.

"Well...*sob*...*sob*....young master, this is...*sob*...*sob*...where we will part away���at least until December," commented Alina as she started to sulk.

"OH Wendy, don't cry, I promise you that I will write to you every week or you could ask dad to stay like in the kitchen or something…" said Drake chuckling as he started to clean the tear from Alina's face.

"Well young master, I hope you do very good and be careful with your pranks. Master won't be so soft in school like he is in home" talked Alfred in a serious tone.

"Yeah, yeah…."

"Also, don't count with Ms. Minerva too, she won't help you out too or Hagrid…I think" completed Wendy.

After a few more talks and goodbyes Drake started walking into the carriages and he turns around one final time to look at his caretakers, companions, and friends during these eleven years. He waved his hand to them. Both elves replied while Wendy was crying, she snapped her fingers and tissue appeared on her hand.

"Well, here he goes. I hope he has a nice year and that no one gets on his wrong side," commented Alfred.

"Yeah…after all he is breaking a lot of rules by bringing his pets with him and he is an unregistered Animagus," Replied Alina.

"Yeah! I talked with master about it, but he said that it was better this away. After all, not anyone can transform into a dragon although it's a young form of it."

"All of these secrets things because of his mysterious family and that creepy pendant," said Wendy.

"Well, we should get going and warn master that he is on the train" affirmed Alfred receiving a nod from Wendy.

As the house-elves disappeared from the platform the Hogwarts express starts the journey to Hogwarts.
