16 Chapter 15: The Codes

Thomas Silvermoon is always abiding by the codes given by the werewolf council. Within the codes, there are some rules that strictly forbid any pack to annihilate too many innocent werewolves' lives, regardless of the circumstances.

Therefore, fifteen years ago, when Thomas decided to take the reign as the rightful ruler of New York City, he chose his method wisely which only caused minimum casualties. Thomas challenged the current leader of New York City at that time, James Violet, for one-on-one combat. It was a long fierce battle, where the alphas of both sides were equally powerful.

Even though Thomas had more physical power than James, he knew that James was a dangerous man. James' claws contained the deadliest poison of all time, bestowed upon him from his wife, the Luna of Violet pack, Viviane Violet. Luckily for Thomas, before engaging the battle, Lea Silvermoon had presented him with her protective skin barrier, making his skin much thicker and harder to penetrate.
