6 Please forgive this shallow-brained Gorst!

"So, what do we do now?"

"What do you mean with 'what do we do now'?! Of course we have to look for the others!", replied Tony agitatedly with knitted eyebrows.

"I agree as well! We can't just abandon our classmates and leave them to their own devices. What if they have encountered some problems and need urgent help? Let's create a search party!", suggested Vincent self-righteously.

"Yes, I also think that's the right decision!", Panda joined in their agreement.

Jafar turned to Sieg and wanted to know his opinion. He somehow developed this habit of asking this friend of his when he was stuck in a certain predicament like right now. Especially Sieg's recent calm and confident behaviour surprised him positively. Usually he had been the leading figure but now that it shifted slowly Jafar didn't dislike it at all. He was happy that Sieg slowly crawled out of his shell.

"So, what do you think we should do 'All Might'-sama?"

"I don't think it's a good idea.", he spoke out weakly while ignoring Jafar's remark. He didn't like being stared at by them all. His previous confidence had disappeared into non-existence and sweat began building up on his hands.

He wasn't really used to all that attention. He was fine in smaller groups but now there were just to many eyes on his body, for him to handle all at once. They looked at him, but he didn't want to look up back at them so he just tried watching the grass grow up.

"What do you know newbie? I admit that your actions before were quite heroic indeed, but for these internal matters your seniority just isn't high enough!", said Vincent sharply.

"Shut up, Vincent, we're all stuck in the same situation so he has just as much the right to say something as you do!", replied Jafar angrily.

"I agree. And I also don't think that it's a good idea to further split up our group.", said Anastasia in a neutral tone. She also didn't like his comment but didn't voice it out to prevent any argument.

Sieg didn't really care as well. It was true after all, he only joined the school a year and a half later. It was a sudden job change of his parents and so he wasn't in much of a good relationship with the other's in class. It was because of Jafar's easy-going character that they became good friends so quickly. That's why he thought it was understandable for trust issues to crop up now. Nevertheless he still didn't think that they should walk out blindly into the forest without any plan or directions. But his fatigue and weak standing in the group didn't let him voice out his opinion loudly.

Vincent seized the opportunity and continued to argue:

"So are we supposed to just continue sitting here like ducks? And wait for someone else to pick us up again, like this monster here?", he pointed at Gorst.

The others trembled when they remembered that there was still that man lying on the ground in front of them.

"Shit!", cursed Anastasia and Sieg at the same time.

They had totally forgotten their prisoner while having their small reunion and talking about their issues, they neglected the problem at hand. They still needed to discuss how they should handle this monster of a man before he woke up and caused them troubles again.

"What should we do?", Anastasia turned to Sieg. She had also learned to rely more on this new classmate of hers. His decisions till now had all proven to be rational, collected and well-thought out. Her trust in him had grown significantly in this short period of time.

"We need to restrain him properly or else he will just overpower us with his strength alone. Someone should also keep an eye out on him if he were to wake up suddenly, so that we are prepared at least.", Sieg had already forgotten his surroundings again and turned back into his calm and quick thinking persona.

"What are you two chatting about? Are you flirting? Wow, when did this start suddenly?", said Charlotte in a teasing tone. However when she realised that they ignored her she just harrumphed a little and stayed silent again while pouting a little.

"But what should we use to tie him up with? I don't think the leaves and vines here are strong enough, and they will just tear apart under little pressure.", asked Anastasia asked worriedly. There wasn't much to use in the forest except for leaves, wood, dirt and bushes. Nothing seemed good enough to be used like a rope.

" I-I think, I have an idea.", said a weak voice next to them. It turned out to be Craig. He was the youngest amongst them and he looked like he still hadn't recovered fully from his previous struggle against Gorst. He must have overheard them. He also didn't stand out too much in class or in school. Though he seemed to be more interested in science than sports. But in general his personality was rather quite and gentle yet he still got along well with the like of Jean and Jafar and the other boys.

"What do you think Craig? Do you have an idea about how we could restrain Gorst?", asked him Anastasia in a friendly tone.

Craig blushed lightly but he then spoke confidently about his plan:

"I have watched some videos on Youtube, about the wilderness and the necessary equipment and such. And I think that we should be able to make some smaller ropes. They should be enough to at least give us some time before h-he breaks free again."

"Sounds good, what do we have to do? We need to get it done quickly before he regains his consciousness."

"Yes, we just need to use the fibres from the plants or trees and twist them around a little and connected every smaller string together to get a single rope in the end. It might take too much time for the plants so we have to look out for thinner trees which we can break up to scratch and pull out the fibres from the stems.", he explained calmly.

"Nice! I am down for it!", said Jean.

The other's agreed as well, but mostly because there wasn't much of an alternative plan.

After that they put some boys next to Gorst so that when he woke up, he would wish to stay unconscious instead.

Craig lead them around and they looked out for possible candidates. Strangely enough, they found some weird looking plants they had never seen before yet they were suitable enough for their purposes. They looked like green bamboo at the stem parts but they spread out at the top in thick wide fan-like leaves like the palms on the beach. The bark coud easily be peeled off like banana skin after some small cuts with some hard stones at the stem. Gene was especially perplexed as her parents had never mentioned this kind of structure that a bamboo tree could have. They found them here and there and after an hour they gathered up their stuff and went back. With Gorst's axe, they made fine cuts into the barks and pulled the fibre inside out. Craig showed them how to twist the small fibre stripes together and after some while they had enough to make several smaller ropes. They used them on Gorst's hands and feet. It should be enough to restrain him for some while now, so they didn't have to be afraid of possible sneak attacks anymore. Everyone praised Craig loudly but he was only happy that he could contribute somehow.

After they had dealt with the imminent danger they continued their discussion about their further actions. It was mostly about creating a search party to look out for the still missing ones.

In the beginning the group was split into three factions, the neutral ones (Claire, Charlotte, Jean, Sasha, Gene and Craig), the opponents of the idea (Jafar, Anastasia and Sieg) and the proponents (Panda, Vincent and Tony). They couldn't find a consent and it ended in a temporary stalemate. This was when Gorst suddenly started to laugh out loudly:

"Hahaha, do you think you could get away with this?! Wait till my Boss finds out about this and he will make you regret for what you have done to me! I will pay back the pain that you all ...", but before he could continue with his speech, Anastasia who was already standing, walked up to his side and gave him a well-aimed kick at his nuts. So cruel!

Shivers ran down the boy's spines. They couldn't believe that their Class President would act so frightening and heartless. Jean asked her sympathetically:

"Class Prez, did you really have to go all out at him?".

She found it funny that it was Jean now who pleaded for Gorst's wellbeing.

"He would have done worse to all of us, so he deserves it! Period!", she declared in an indisputable manner and tone.

Everyone present gulped lightly, but especially the boys made mental notices to never ever provoke this woman in front of them. Whoever dared to do so, could only blame his own poor luck.

"Girl, do you think I am afraid of you? I am a warrior! I am afraid of ...", he tried pressing out these words under his pained grimace but then again came a hit at his soft spot. The others had pale faces and didn't dare to continue watching this torture.

Gorst quickly changed his form of address and begged for mercy:

"Milady, please! Please forgive this stupid narrow-minded commoner!"

"Oho, so now it is Milady, I wonder what you will call me after I give you the next kick!"

"NO!!! Please, I was stupid! An idiot! I should never have dared to talk back! I am just a bastard who can do nothing but cause troubles! I don't deserve your grace! Please forgive this shallow-brained Gorst! I wasn't educated enough, so please forgive me for my stupidity, for not seeing the heavens in front of my eyes!", he pleaded with everything he had and he was at the brinks of crying out tears of pain and suffering. His life and those of his possible descendants were at stake here!

The others couldn't believe their ears, where was that fearless Gorst, where was that man who threatened their lives and wanted to sell them out as slaves? It was simply ridiculous.

"Now, that's the right attitude. So, tell me everything you know and I might forgoe your punishment. Of course this depends on how good your answers are!"
