18 People talk

RING

It was lunchtime, this time Ukake didn't have much to do. He was always focused on other things, but now there is not much to do.

He did not need to take charge of the student protection group because Aren could do it alone, he only took care of talking to the principal when he sees that there are many troublesome people.

Hairo had also joined his club so he couldn't talk to him to pass the time either. Talking to Nendo would be the same as talking to a rock. There was only one option left to pass the time and not get bored.

Ukake got up from his seat and walked out of his classroom.

As I walked I could hear all kinds of compliments from people. He had already made a reputation as the best in school, he only had good grades, he was good at all sports, as well as being calm and collected in all situations.

She quickly reached her friend's classroom.

She didn't even have to introduce herself, one of the girls in the room called Kokomi instantly when she noticed Ukake's presence.

"U-Ukake!" Kokomi was exalted. Ukake never looked for anyone unless he had some kind of business with him, Kokomi was no exception.

"Hello." I greet Ukake as I normally did.

"Hi, I didn't think you were coming," Kokomi said still a little surprised.

"I'm always doing different things, but today I just wanted to chat and hang out." Ukake was tired of always making plans and such, he wanted to take a break, although Kokomi was not the best option to take a break, it was better than other options.

"Well, what do you think of this? Could you accompany me to teach my friend about school?" Kokomi asked while pointing at Chitoge.

This was certainly not in Ukake's plans, but it wasn't bad, he could just hang out and see Chitoge's behavior from this world.

"Seem right."

"Great!"

People could see hearts coming out from around Kokomi's angelic aura.

"Hugh, how can this guy be with my goddess? He looks so ordinary, what the hell did you see this guy?" Asked one of the fans obsessed with Kokomi.

"Are you talking about being the best in the whole school?" A sane person answered him.

Ukake often heard that kind of thing. Since he seemed perfect in almost every way except appearance, people who hated him appealed to teasing him for having a completely ordinary appearance.

Ukake hadn't paid attention to him until now. He had already achieved many things that he set out to do, he had been so busy formulating those kinds of plans that he forgot to improve the other aspects of it, such as the appearance.

Having a good appearance would give you more opportunities to meet other useful people, as well as being able to appear perfect in all aspects.

"There was also another new boy, but he already had a friend here, so she showed him around before," Kokomi said.

Ukake supposed he was talking about Raku.

"Ah, you are the boy from a while ago," Chitoge said when she got a good look at Ukake.

"Yes."

"Thanks for earlier."

"No problem."

"... Do you always speak that way?" Chitoge asked Kokomi.

"If he doesn't have an interesting topic to talk about, yes, he talks that way," Ukake spoke in a direct, curt, and serious way to most of the people with whom he had not interacted much, of course.

"Now that I think about it, you don't look very 'Asian'. You have different characteristics, but at least you're not completely Japanese." Ukake said "Analyzing" Chitoge's appearance.

"You are right, I am American, my father is from the United States and my mother is Japanese," Chitoge said proudly.

"Finally someone with whom to have a fluent conversation in English," Ukake said jokingly, but not quite.

The Japanese have a slightly strange seat when it comes to speaking English, mainly because there are letters with strange or difficult pronunciations for them.

English: "So can you understand me? I can speak Japanese perfectly, but I don't like his writing, why is it too confusing !?" Chitoge began to speak. (A / N: I put "English" so they know that this conversation is taking place in that language.)

English: "It may seem confusing, but it is really useful, many letters are saved with a single Kanji, it allows a more pleasant writing despite being a bit strange, that's why most people prefer to learn to speak nothing else." Ukake said.

English: "You seem to be a brainiac, when I need help could you help me?" Chitoge asked, boring a bit.

English: "It depends on my schedule." Ukake said with a laugh.

English: "Wow, you really feel important."

English: "I don't feel, I am." Ukake said before noticing that Kokomi had stopped walking with them.

Kokomi felt a bit left out of the conversation, it's not like she couldn't speak or understand English, she just didn't understand all the words they used.

"How about we speak in Japanese?" Ukake asked.

Chitoge saw that her new friend had stopped and like Ukake, she noticed why it was.

"Seem right."

Kokomi smiled at Ukake's consideration.

***

"Only the Gym is missing," Kokomi said.

The tour was almost over.

Now everyone was in front of the gym, which was the last place to visit.

"I think he's busy ..." Kokomi said hearing voices from within.

"Don't worry, let's go," Ukake said walking to the door.

Ukake opened the door forcefully.

Many people with a dubious appearance, in addition to looking like thugs or active Yakuzas, turned to see who was interrupting them.

Kokomi quickly realized that this was the meeting place of the student protection group, but the one who didn't know that was Chitoge, who was preparing to fight.

"..."

No one said anything for a few seconds until everyone paid their respect to Ukake.

"BOSS!" They exclaimed as they bowed respectfully.

"This is the place where my team meets. I am the leader of the student protection group, I am in charge of keeping the school and its students safe." Ukake said.

Chitoge's mind was still short-circuited.

Most of the Ukake workers were school bullies, most were forced to submit, and the others did so simply for the money.

RING

"Ah, it's time to go back to class," Ukake said and they all went to their respective classrooms.

"I thought you were joking when you said about being important," Chitoge said.

"Don't worry, people tend to get the wrong idea about me."

(N / A: I really want to start to develop a little romance here, but with Ukake's personality it is quite difficult, can you give me ideas of how to do it correctly.)
