As soon as we arrived we got seated in the middle of the pub. Arnya in her usual cheerful manner brought us here. „A new face nyu?" asked Arnya in a cheerful manner. „Name Cedric Sommerscave let's get along," I said while awkwardly rubbing the back of my head cause the girls of the pub look better than I thought. I should have realized by now but the manga and anime don't do them justice they look way better and that counts for all of them. I am really starting to look forward to how Haruhime looks like.

„Oh he is new In my familia and also beat the record for fastest level 2!" Loki exclaimed loudly. Arnya looks at me seemingly wanting to ask how long I took but Syr steps in „So Cedric-san how long did you take? I am sorry I didn't interduce myself my names Syr." She asked what was on everyone's mind. After a short pause, she excuses herself for lack of etiquette herby stating her name. „12 hours."

I just told everyone in a matter of fact tone that it took 12 hours. It turned completely silent before everyone besides the ones in my familia started laughing. I just casually took my beer and drank a wig without letting it get to me they all know tomorrow that what I say is true. The girls from the pub and mamma mia didn't seem interested in me after my comment. But I know they're waiting for the guild announcement It would be a good advertisement being able to say the record level 2 had a party in your pub.

They also want to be sure I am not just a boaster. They all like the type of guys that are true to himself and others after all. Well by the end of our small chatter we started the party. Riveria and Lefiya sat beside me while Tiona and Tione sat right and left of Loki. Ais sat next to Riveria while Gareth sat next to Lefiya. We were all merrily drinking maybe Lefiya not.

She was just sipping her drink, she seems somewhat down maybe something happened I decided to talk with her later. While all this happens someone with mask and spear enters the pub everything turns completely silent, just as I suspected Freya made a move I am happy, I secretly made a letter in the dungeon while working on the maps. Arnya's brother Allen was sent by Freya my first thought is only that she wants to see how I react to him. Normally she would send Ottar after all.

Allen walks straight to me from the back Arnya already signaled Mia what's going on she is ready to intervene if something happens the other staff Ryuu and Syr especially are cautious. Considering Syr ran away from Freya and Ryuu would do everything to protect Syr it's logical. „Cedric Sommerscave Freya asks for your presence."

I just stayed silent for a while seeing what's gonna happen while I did so I realized everyone from my familia is battle-ready. Also, Arnya seems to get more and more distressed as time flows by, so I decided to be a bit offensive. „So what right does Freya have to think she can command me around?" while I said that I signaled everyone with my eyes to put their guard up towards themselves and to ignore me.

„You dare question my Goddess!" Allen lifted his spear not in my direction he was about to throw it through Syr. Ryuu unprepared for such fast action wasn't close by to protect her. I was shocked yet I could still somehow activate all my skills and jump in between Syr and the spear. The wound I got let's just say it wasn't small it's the first wound I really thought I should have died immediately. I just stood there watching my chest and saw the end of a spear pocking out of it.

I couldn't breathe properly it's the first time something got stuck inside my body and Allen didn't even seem faced by all of this. The pain is unbearable way worse than losing a limb yet I powered through knowing that Syr was safe gave me an unimaginable boost of power. I pulled the spear out in one full movement I didn't watch my wounds slowly closing.

But the eyes of others were a stark reminder of what's going on. Now with a bloodied spear in hand, I throw it over to Allen again. This time around together with the letter attached. Yet he didn't seem to realize he was just standing there dumbfounded. „Cedric Sommerscave Come with me Freya asks for Your Presence!" I just plainly replied, „Leave you have everything you need also tell her if she truly said to bring me no matter what, that she thinks too highly of herself!" Allen surely pissed left.

„Loki I hope you have no problem with the guests I invited?" Loki just looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said „You Pay for them." I just shrugged my shoulders as well and told her „It's most likely only Freya and Ottar. As far as I know she doesn't want problems and she likes confrontations." Loki looked at me and only let out a sigh while in the kitchen Syr started giggling considering what going to happen in the future.
