9 CHAPTER 9

LARA P.O.V

The road trip was amazing I got to know Riley better she was a really cool person.Ray was nice himself, I enjoyed their company in the other car was Drake,Noah and Noah's girlfriend Carly and older brother Sabestian.

We drove for 4 full hours but we finally reached Green lake Resort. It had so many pools and slides the best part of it were all the hot tubs. It was really a beautiful place.

"I don't believe you own this", Carly says to Aiden. I look at him with big eyes and a raised eyebrow.

"You Do?",I asked.

" Well yeah my dad kind of handed this one to me.",he replied

" Why do you look so surprised Lara didn't you see the guys house?",Riley asks me.

"Ofcourse she did." ,Clowy says, she lives right next door.

"Yeah I saw his house I mean I knew the guy was rich and everything but this is amazing."

" Thanks",Aiden says and winks at me.

We go check out our rooms and they are so elegant, cozy, warm and perfect. We spent some time in the resorts hotel setting up and packing out things. We then headed to the hot pools and hot tubs." Is that who I think it is?", Clowy asks while we sitting in the hot tub.

"KATE,what is she doing here?"I ask

" I'm sure she's just trying to creep up Aidens ass as always.",replies Clowy.

"Agggh whatever she makes a person sick", I state.

"So about you and Shawn I say... whats happening Hmm?",I ask

" Your brother is hot and he asked me out on a date when we get back so how could I ever say no...please don't be mad at me Lara but I'm really into Shawn.",she replies.

" Oh no chill I'm not mad I say I hope things work out for you two."

" Thanks Lara, let me get out of here it's getting kind of late."

" Sure see you later Clow.", I say.

I'm all alone now since everyone headed back inside. I put my head up and stared at the beautiful stars.

"Lara!",Aiden walks up to me," May I join you if you don't mind?"

"Yeah sure.",I say.

Aiden looks amazing shirtless. The droplets of water dripping down his amazing muscular chest and abs, the most intoxicating thing about Aiden Parker were his eyes they were amazing. Aiden gets in and sits down across me. "

Don't you think the sky looks amazing?" I ask.

"Yeah it sure does.", Aiden says.

"God is an artist you know that the best artist to ever exist is God himself,he created such beautiful elements you know." I say.

"I love the way you see things Lara."

Aiden walks closer to me and gives me this intensive look that he always gives me. He puts his hand on my face and leans closer...

"Hay Aiden do you know where's the blankets?."

We hear Drake's voice get closer and I jump away from Aiden and head out of the hot tub.

I take a towel and walk to my room to change. I almost kissed Aiden, am I crazy? I couldn't help but think what his lips against mine would feel like. Stop thinking like that I shouted myself.

When we were all dressed up and done we headed out to eat some pizza. It was pretty delicious. "Hi Aiden.", Kate says and winks at him. She looks at me and glares. I laugh and say ,"Don't look at me like I stole something of yours."

" You stay away from me you wild thing look what you did to my beautiful face."

" I can do it all over again darling."

" Somebody looks scared.", Clowy says.

"Ofcourse she is,theres 3 of us and 2 of them.",Riley says.

" What do you mean by 3?", Carly says.

" Okay well then we 4.",Riley responds

"# Cat fight!",Drake screams.

"Okay that's enough, let us just go.", Aiden says.

When we got back to the resort it wasn't that late.

" Look what I got us",Riley says. "Marshmallows?",I ask

"Yes I love burnt marshmallows.",Riley responds.

" We could sit at the back of the resort by the lake and forest side.",Riley adds

" Great idea!", Clowy and Carly both scream in excitement.

" Let's have some fun girls!",Riley exclaims.

We make a fire and are sitting on logs and burning marshmallows. Sebastian brought the biggest speaker ever. So we were playing music and the girls were dancing besides me. Aiden was talking to his friends when Drake said," Look what I got guys!" "Beer,ooh yeah let's get this party started!",Noah said.

"I could use one." ,I say and gulp the whole can down in no time.

"Woah easy girl." Drake says.

" I see why Aiden likes you now, you are full of excitement.", he adds.

I drank about 4 cans and I was completely drunk. I stood up and walked to the girls and we started dancing. I haven't felt like this in a long time. I feel someone's hands on my hips I turn around and it was Drake.

"You dont mind me dancing with you right?",Drake asks.

" No I don't", I say and Drake pulls me closer. He was a fun dancer actually. I looked around and saw Aiden he looked so mad he didn't even blink. So I let go of Drake and walked to him. "Come on dance with me Aidy.", I say. "I'm not in the mood to Lara."

" Please Aiden", I say and put my arms around his neck.

" Okay", he says and smirks at me. We danced and partied for hours and it felt good.

Everyone went to sleep but Aiden and I were sitting by the fire wrapped around in a blanket. My head on his shoulder it felt nice and his arm around me,it felt nice. I felt safe,warm and loved. I felt this urge to kiss him. "So,you and Drake huh?",Aiden asks.

"We were just dancing Aiden nothing else."

"Yeah well he likes you."

"Why would Drake like me?"

" His my friend I know him. "

"Okayyy. Drakes a nice guy but we just danced thats all."

" Okay ",Aiden says.

"Look Lara I'm sorry but I have to do this."

"Do whaa...",and just like that his lips are on mine and for a moment I'm frozen. He looks abit disappointed when I didn't kiss him back. You shouldn't do that I said.

"Sorry", he says and starts to walk away. I'm so stupid.

"Aiden wait!"

He stops and I run to him grab him by his collar pull him down and I kiss him with everything I have got. You know that kiss that people talk about in books and movies. The one you thought was just a myth nope it's real. I felt the sparks,butterflies and everything with Aiden. We finally broke apart. Aiden walked me to my room.

"Goodnight baby love.",he said and kissed me on my forehead.
