"Harry he lives with her she is his legal guardian" Hermione states blankly. "No she isn't Remus and Tonks wanted me to raise him if they died. Tonks knew what her mother would do. She told me that her mother didn't approve of Remus's so called condition. I am Teddys rightful guardian and I will not stop until that happens" Harry says angrily. "Harry were also still in school where would he go" Draco says trying to calm Harry. Harry sets Teddy down and holds his hand. "We have to go to Professor McGonagall" he says looking around the area for their professor. Ron spots her and they start dodging people. "Hello students may I ask why you are here" she says smiling at the boy holding Harry's hand. "Can you do anything that has to do with custody of a child" Harry asks. "All I can do is talk to the minister who checks over the legal papers" she says confused. "Can you please do that. Tonks and Remus wanted me to watch over my godson because Tonks mother didn't like Remus' so called condition" Harry says. "I'll see what I can do" she says walking away.
