How I give the benefit of doubt in my relationship

This is a true story that happened to me. It was 2011,we were in Semester Five and we were almost graduating from the university. In one of the nights i was at one of my classmate's house, we were preparing exams. Me and my freind were sitting and reading in her sitting Room. Her cousin and her nephew visited her at that night. They also come to the sitting room and my freind introduced us. After the introduction, my freind went to the kitchen for serving tea to her visitors. Suddenly her cousin started looking at me every time and smiling. As i continue reading, i noticed he stare at me and smiling again, i said to myself he admired you and i smiled inside. After the tea and talking they left. The exams begun, we attended the exams. After the completion of the exams students in our class agreed to hold a farewell party for the tutors that are not coming back to teach us in the last semester of the university in order to award them gifts to appreciate them for the good work they have done for us. It was in the afternoon, I was in my friend's house who was also my classmates. We were preparing to go to the farewell party. In the that afternoon my friend's cousin visited her again, he greeted us and asked us " where are you going?" My freind responded " we are going to the farewell party" he smiled and asked us if he can go with us and we agreed. We went to the party, we started celebrating with the tutors, giving them the gifts and addressing to appreciate their effort. After the party we participated photo group with our tutors, we released the tutors after photo group. My freind' cousin started taking pictures with me, he is always with me every photo and the whole afternoon he was my side smiling and taking photos with me. That time i noticed he liked me. On our way to home, he asked me my number and I give him. He was travelling back to another City for his university. He started calling me and we added Facebook in each other.
