"Onii-chan!"My little sister asked.

"Yeah Kaori?"I asked.

"I love you onii-chan!"

"Hehe, I love you too Kaori!"

"Really? Then when Kaori grows up, where you marry me?"

"Hehe, well, I would, but you see, siblings can't get married."

"They can't? But why not?"

"Cause it's against the law in japan."

"The law?"

"Yup. The law. So Kaori and I can't get married."

"Hmm. I see. so it's because of the law that Kaori and Onii-chan can't get married?"

"Then when Kaori grows up... she'll just change the law! Then we can get married!"

My sister is what one would call, a super genius. Despite her cute appearance, she boasted an average IQ score of 300 at the age of 12. She appeared on multiple television shows, in magazines, had her own documentary, and even held multiple world records, all before she hit the age of 13.

Acquiring her doctorate at MIT at the age of 14, she had already long before began inventing all kinds of technological advances in the field of medicine, transportation, electricity, food production. Her advancements included micro batteries that could power an entire city for a month, chemicals that could grow plants in but a week, doorways that could take you anywhere you want at a press of a button, automated robots that could serve your every will, as well as the invention of laser weaponry. With her contributions, she single-handedly propelled Japan to becoming the most powerful and technologically advanced country in the entire world.

There isn't a single person in this world who hasn't heard of Tendo Kaori. As far as the entire world is concerned, she is 100% perfect, the ideal human being, an unparalleled existence. But the truth is, even she has one, critical flaw.

She is an extreme bro-con.

At first, I thought it was cute. A phase that she would grow out of when she grew up. However, as time passed on, I began to grow more and more aware that that wasn't the case.

However, it wasn't until that very life changing moment that I realized just how bad it was.

"I am currently standing outside the Imperial Palace, where an hostile takeover has just taken place. At 8:45 pm last night, all nuclear weapons in Japan, as well as all communications to the outside world, were suddenly hacked in mere seconds, leaving the Japanese government completely defenseless. It was then that a large army of robots stormed the capital, as well as all military bases, killing over 150,000 soldiers.

Japan has been forced into complete surrender, I repeat, Japan has been forced into complete surrender. This.... This has never happened before. Let's see...we have just received a message from the prime minister of Japan. Switching over now."A newswoman said.

"My esteemed citizens, as of today, Japan is no more. We have been bested in both manpower and military strength, and have been cut off from any and all reinforcements. As such, we have no choice but to give in to the demands thrust upon us, and declare Miss Tendo supreme dictator of Japan."

"Dear, god! This can't be happening!"

"My esteemed citizens. I Kaori Tendo, hereby accept the position of supreme dictator. Worry not, for there is no reason to be afraid. Within just a few months, I'm sure all of you will grow fond of the new government you find yourself placed in. If you will give me your loyalty, I promise that together we can bring Japan to an age of prosperity never before seen!"Kaori stated.

"My god... sis... what have you done?"I asked staring at my t.v.

***Six months later.***

A lady with long black her wearing a formal dress handed a young high-school girl a stack of papers.

"Here are the documents you asked for, madam."

"Ah! Thank you!" The girl replied, straightening her long brown hair as she receiving the documents from her.

"I have also included a few letters we received from the UN, all in regards to the law you enacted two weeks ago."

"Hmm... I see. I guess it's only natural for there to be quite a bit of contempt over such a law being made, but no matter, it is of no concern. The U.N. has already established that they do not have the firepower to take on Japan anymore, so whether they agree with my policies or not, it is of no concern. How are the citizens' reactions?"

"As you know, national support is at 96%, The people love you, and the laws you have passed have brought in a golden era of business and prosperity for all of Japan. However, in regards to bill 1532, which makes incestuous marriage legal, it has only received 5% support."

"Really? 5%? It's really that low?"

"Yes, however, it appears that it is the only law passed so far with less than an 83% approval rating."

"Hmm... well, I guess it doesn't matter. The law will be staying, whether they like it or not."

Beep Beep!

"Miss Tendo, you're brother is on line 1."

"Ohh! If you don't mind, I need to get that!"

She picked up the phone and answered it.

"Hello?"She asked.

"Hey nee-san"

"Ohh! Onii-chan! So, have you finally changed your mind yet?"

"Kaori... I can't take it anymore. Let me out already! I said I was sorry like a hundred times already!"

"So, does this mean you're ready to keep your promise then?"

"Damn it Kaori! Not this again, you know we can't get married! Just give up on that already!"

"No! You said that if I managed to change the law, we'd get married. But as soon as I do so, you change your mind! It's not fair!"

"Kaori, enough is enough! I know you're smart enough to see that this is wrong."

"I have no idea what you are talking about! We love each other, therefore we should be able to get married just like everyone else! And until you agree, you can stay locked up in that cell forever for all I care!"

"Kaori..."

She hung up the phone and slammed it onto the desk in front of her.

"Stupid nii-chan. Just hurry up and keep your promise already!"
