2 Chapter 2

In the forest, Raven awaits for Reiji's return from the castle.

"Can't believe I was mind-controlled by a human. I should be ashamed to call myself Lucifer's daughter or princess of demons," she thought herself.

Suddenly, Raven felt a presence that reminded her of someone from her home. Reiji then appeared out of her shadow, which surprised Raven.

"You're back, and you rescued your family. What do we do now?" Raven asked.

"Well, since I saved my family from being the king's hostages, they don't have any leverage on me, so I can focus on the task my mother asked me," Reiji replied.

Touka looked at Leaxia. Leaxia noticed Touka and knew what she was thinking.

"Reiji, what are you talking about?" Leaxia asked.

Reiji explained everything that he was told, except the part of being a prince of a powerful race. Shocked by the news of the demonkind genocide, Touka and Leaxia regretted thinking about siding with the king.

"So, you want to save an entire race," Leaxia said.

Suddenly, Reiji and the others heard a scream coming from the forest. Instantly, Reiji and Raven ran into the forest to help whoever screamed.

"Since when can Reiji move that fast?" Touka asked with a dumbfounded look.

Racing through the forest, Reiji and Raven began to emit an aura that increased their speed while creating a path through the forest. As they arrived at the source of the screams, they saw adventurers surrounding a group of demons and beastmen, three demon and beastmen males, five demon and beastmen females, and ten . Unable to fight back, the men guarded the women and children the best way they could, with their bodies. As one of the adventurers raised his swords to deal the final blow, Reiji and Raven struck his hands with pebbles, creating an opening for them to knock the adventurer unconscious. Once they were done, one of the men from the group of demons got on his knees, and begged: "Please save our village".

"Village?" Touka said as she walks up with her mother and Yuusuke.

"Yes, the only demon village. It's the only place safe for us demons and beastmen. Some adventurers came and attacked us for no reason." A woman said.

"We barely escaped with our lives. So, I'm begging also. Please save our village." A beastman said as every one of them bowed.

Seeing how desperate they were, Reiji grabbed a random girl and ran into the forest. Touka attempted to follow, but Raven stopped her.

"Sorry for grabbing you out of the blue. I needed a guide to your village." Reiji said.

"Oh, It's alright. I glad I could help." She replied.

"Alright, Where to... Um

" Reina, and straight ahead," she said.

"Okay, Reina... Hang on." Reiji said as he took off at high speed.

Ten minutes later, they reached a burning village in the center of the forest. Inside of the burning village were screams of villagers. Reiji walked over to a bush and placed Reina behind it.

"Stay here, I'll be right back." He said.

"No, don't g ...

Reiji placed a hand on her head and smiled. Suddenly, he disappeared into the air. Sneaking around the burning village, He looks into every house, one by one, for survivors. Sadly, He didn't find any. Wondering if he was too late, he stumbled across the village's center, where he finds something horrifying. Men of both demonkind and beastmen dying slowly on crosses while their wives and children are forced into cages. Reiji snaps.

"Reiji, I suggest you act now," Sage said.

"Right, but to be on the safe side, you'll need to regulate the magic power I give off."

"I recommend elemental fighting style, Reiji. It requires little magic while dealing a lot of damage." Sage said.

"Alright, I'll use that primarily."

Reiji's eyes began to glow and his hair grew longer while turning silver. Undetected, Reiji swooped down and blew away one of the adventurers away from the women and children near the cages. Then, the adventurers charged at him from behind, but with a slight movement of his foot, a wall was raised from the ground. Suddenly, spikes grew from the wall, killing the adventurers. Then, Mages cast fireball and fused it together, creating a massive fireball. As the fireball came close to Reiji, he stood there unwavering. Suddenly, he waved his arms in a smooth, flowing water movement. As a result, water formed around him in a stream, and he launched the water by extending both his arms forward, dispersing the massive fireball. Afraid of Reiji, the mages run for their lives, but Reiji knocked them down with a compressed air blast.

"What is he? Demon? No worst... Demon lord? What are we going to do." the vice leader of the adventurers thought to himself as he saw the overwhelming aura of Reiji.

"I don't care who or what he is... He's dead." The leader of the adventurers' group said as he charged at Reiji.

As he attacked with his sword, the sword twisted into a knot. Unable to process what happened, the leader fought him barehanded. Unfortunately for the leader, Reiji was able to counter all of his attacks. However, the vice leader saw the opportunity to attack Reiji from behind. Sadly for him, Reiji saw through his plan. He released a strong gust that blew out all of the flames. Suddenly, a small tornado form below Reiji lifting him off the ground.

"Adventurers! I'm gonna give you the opportunity to retreat. Leave this village and never come back." He said with an overwhelming, godly voice.

"Who are you to give me orders?" The leader said confidently.

Suddenly, a skinny spike grew through his backplate of the leader's armor and through his arms, forming a cross similar to the ones they used on the demons. Then, it grew as tall as a skyscraper, which scared the leader.

"Alright, I'll leave," he said fearfully.t

"Nope, I've changed my mind you no longer qualify for my forgiveness, but don't worry. I'm not going to kill you. I'm just leaving you up here for a few hours t-

A sudden barrage of magic attacks interrupts Reiji. However, Reiji is unscathed by the attacks, but the leader of the adventurers' group was killed. Reiji looks down at them and releases twenty percent of his power. He snapped his fingers, and Reina and the other demon and beastmen, near the village, were teleported back to the camp. Then, he dissolved the tornado under him and fell to the ground in front of the remaining adventurers. With an overwhelming aura radiating the air, they grew to fear Reiji.

"Last warning, Leave this place now!" He said commandingly.

The adventurers didn't listen to Reiji's warning and drew their weapons.

"They're nothing like the adventurers I read in manga bak on earth." Reiji thought to himself.

A group of adventurers charged at Reiji. Reiji extended his arm and closed his eyes. Suddenly, the world around him slowed down. Reiji focused on releasing some of the power he asked Sage to seal. Suddenly, he felt a rush of power flow throughout his body. He opened his eyes and a shockwave pushed adventurers back a little. He took a step and the ground beneath the village broke, causing the ruins of the village and everything in it to sink into the ground. However, some of the adventurers survived the sinkhole due to their higher agility. Sadly, all of those adventurers met their death as soon as they enter the vast forest. The only one that survived was a female adventurer that looked like the same age as Reiji. He floated towards her slowly and said:

"Seems like your the last one."

"Please don't kill me, I'll swear my loyalty to you." She begged as she prostrated herself.

"Fine, I won't kill you. However, you'll have to guide me in the future." Reiji said.

"Thank you, milord." She said.

"No need for formalities. Just call me Reiji, uh-

"Mia," she said.

"Okay, Mia. Let's get along. Half-demon." Reiji said.
