1 When we first met

It is rainy season. I have been working in a call center for almost 1 year. Our Team Leader Chito just walk in, "Guys, we have our newbies today, Carlotta and Macy. Treat them nice so they will stay long" he said. I turn around and look at Carlotta, she is like a Mom material to me. Wearing a long dress, with eye glasses and a fair complexion. "Hi Carlotta!! My name is Mike", I just said. "Hi Mike!" Carlotta replied. Then, I turned my head to Macy, she is fixing her shoe ties and suddenly stood up. I stopped and stared at her for a moment. It's like a love at first sight. She smiled and said, "I'm Macy, nice to be part of the team." She extends her hands trying to shake hands and I immediately hand over mine. "Hi! You look familiar. Have we met before?", I asked. "Did you graduated in Brooklyn?", she asked. "Nope, I graduated in Manchester", I replied. "But you really look so familiar? Would you mind to give your number so I can check if it's stored in my phone", I continued. "Sorry, but I don't give my number that easily so someone I just met", she smiled. "Just checking if it works on you", I answered with a smile. "By the way, do you leave near in the Rolex Road?", I asked. "No, that's too far from my house. I am just 10mins away from here. I live in 33rd Street", she answered. Then I smiled at her. "You really have you ways ha!", she said with conviction. After their introduction with the entire team, Chito came to me and whisper, "She has a boyfriend so you better stop flirting with her". Then I looked at him and said, "You've ruined my day, Boss!!!", I answered to him. While they are getting their pre-employment office supplies, Chito announced where they will be their stations. Carlotta will be sitting two rows from me and thank God, Macy will be sitting besides me. It is the happiest day of my life. My heart is beating louder and faster than the usual. I feel so excited. I think this is the beginning of my love life.
