4 Modern Day Privacy

You all might conclude that I am an atheist & this journey is all about religion, God & blah blah, blah. The reason why I decided to give them the spotlight first is that they belong to first-generation awful things that paved the way for our awful society, world & whatnot. Even though they paved the way for this awfulness we are the ones who continued the tradition of making this awful world alive for future generations.

How awful do we get in future? Here I like god, I believe in God but the concept of god told by religions is the one I am talking about.

We can talk about religion, God and all their awful messengers throughout this journey, but it's just the tip of the iceberg and we should be talking about the after-effects of being dumb made by our so-called messengers and one such thing they disturbed and made awful is our "privacy".

How many of you feel that we are constantly monitored by someone we don't know through our chats, calls & more, then welcome to this awful world. Let's see how our privacy works.

How many times have you observed that whenever you talk about some car, mobile or some other products & next minute you will find an advertisement about the same thing you have discussed with your friends a while ago on your mobile phone, but we never question them? All we do amazed by that advertisement & fight for privacy in relationships. They say the internet is a boon so use it wisely, these are the words told by the government, Data companies & you know the rest of the names who did all the dirty work. Let's see how our privacy works.

Every organisation says your data is safe with us, if so how come we get calls from different organisations regarding real estate, jobs, mortgage payments which you never know that those organisations exist until they call you. How they can contact you? how they get our numbers? If they decide what you see, wear, eat, listen & even think, how it is called privacy & you are just a puppet in their hands on this world stage.

If they know what you spoke, chat, saw, travel & even what had you browsed on VPN. Can we say that we are living a free life as we wish? Looks like a matrix movie isn't it, that we are not living our life but living a life they allow us, now I think you all have second guesses on how we live our life.

The government know each & every step you take, I guess it's just a matter of time wherein future they can easily manipulate our votes also for elections. We live in a world where Data is everything & that data is in control of companies we use daily. If they want too they can also decide who have to win in the future elections or are they doing it now, who knows? who cares?

I think learning how to hack, creating complex firewalls to surf in the deep web is the only way to get your freedom back & doing that makes you fugitive sometimes anyway. If they can spy on us & know what we are doing, why can't we know about everything they are doing inside the government, company. They can say it has to be a secret so that competitors & other countries don't advance or attack us, but we should at least know where our data going & to what extent they are using our data.

I'm hoping they don't make clones, & robots of us like they do in a spy kids movie. The irony is we pay money to use those apps & they use them to control us & also take our money. It's like using our own money to buy rights to control us & keeping them in hands of those like a remote.

A second addition to our modern-day privacy system is Media( Social media as well). If companies do it for money, they do it for publicity. Once upon a time, media used to be a voice of people & their sorrows on the world stage. Now it's just infringing our privacy for their TRP ratings. They can show any nonsense & can define it as a perfect sense, we go with their flow without knowing the facts. Here, we can't do anything if they mask the truth & just showed a made-up truth.

Sadly government should protect our privacy, but it alone doing all the nasty spying job on its people. I wonder why it will take them years to find terrorists & all, but can know who is against the government instantly. Media on the other side can make anyone's privacy public without even telling the person. Where are all those moral values? where are all those professional ethics or at least common sense?

Facial recognition, Tinder swipes, DNA samples collected by many pharmaceutical companies know what health problems you have to which type of partner you like. From your DNA structure to your undie colour they know everything. With that information, they can wage wars & win without sweating. Say they have information related to the president or the prime minister of a country, they can blackmail him for the data of his country & can also decide who can become the next president or prime minister.

Why can't they use these data to help people all over the world by connecting them with lost parents, hungry kids with rich donors & a lot more? Our date has been hanging loose in the dark web for auctions without even knowing who's gonna buy it with crypto & use it for terrorist activities & a lot more awful things.

Facebook, Instagram, snap chat & a lot more apps make us closer by connecting us with us & of course data of with whom we connect, what we share & what we chat. Even in MVP games, they know what you talk to other players & display ads as per your conversations. Many of us think it's perks of being updated to digital life was it know what we thinking, but the reality is far from that. We are just steps behind to become a product controlled by these data gods & welcome to modern-day slavery.
