1 Prologue

A young man lay in a puddle of blood, missing his lower half with his intestines and internal organs spilled on the ground, carpeting the ground with chunks of meat, painting a gruesome sight that would leave even the bravest man cowering in terror.

A young woman sat beside him with hollow eyes that had lost their light as tears rolled down her face. With her hands on her face:

"Allen... Allen, Allen, Allen..." No matter. How many times she called, yelled, and screamed, her cries went unanswered. The young man had been reduced; to a mere corpse, but unable to accept this fact, she kept calling out for him.

"Misha, can you shut it! I'm trying to focus." She poured her magic energy into the magic circle, which was forcefully anchoring Allen's soul in this world, while Misha constantly fed her blood to him to keep his body alive.

"Emma, how can you be so cruel? Allen is dy..." She glanced at the whitish blue-haired woman that had appeared out-of-nowhere with a pair of sapphire-colored eyes that reminded one of a boundless ocean. With an unyielding demeanor around her, her expression twisted in rage.

"Yeah, I know. You have already repeated it two-hundred and fortify-three times."

"Allen could lose his life at any moment, but instead maintaining the magic circle. You are goofing around."

"That's why I went to get these" Emma showed the three vials that held an unknown liquid as her mouth melted into a crescent grin.

"Where did get these?" She surveyed Emma's body from head to toe.

Emma chose to ignore Misha's questioning and concentrated on Allen's body. Every time Emma saw, what remained of Allen's body, she couldn't help but grit her teeth in anger: "Those bastards!"

She made one last calculation of the magic ritual and analyzed all the possible factors that could affect Allen's transformation while she stroked her lower jaw contemplatively as her eyes narrowed in deep thought: "This may work,"

Misha's eyes brightened at the new proposal, but her eyes dimmed once she realized the contents of the plan: "I already tried it."

"Of course; Dummy-dumb-dumb. With the current condition of Allen's body. It would be a miracle if his body could regenerate from that kind of damage. Additionally, even if you were to give every single drop of blood in your body to him, It wouldn't be enough."

"So, how are you going to do it."

"I'm going use a forbidden ritual to bring him back."

Misha was still hesitant about using a forbidden spell since the past incidents didn't provide any assurance. And even the most successful ritual left life-crippling side effects, which could vary in intensity due to the level of rituals and material used.

Emma noticed Misha's anxiety and demanded: "Do you have a better idea."

Misha could only shake her head in response. But a hint of worry remained in her mind as she eyed Emma cautiously. Ready to intervene at any moment.

"Well, I have no intention of letting Allen die, and don't worry, I will bear most of the price. "

"Allen also belongs to me, so it's only right. I will bear half of the price with you."

"The next step is going to be most important. Hence, if you don't want Allen to die, then obey me without any questions."

"For some reason, that makes you sound like a villain." Emma merely rolled her eyes back at Misha's reply.

"Your answer,"

"Yes," Misha nodded her head in response.

"For now, create a barrier that isolates us from any kind interference from the outside world."

Seeing the barrier had been, deployed; she took out three vials that carried an unknown liquid.

Pouring them out one-by-one as she brought her hands together. Reciting an unknown incantation as the unknown liquids seem to come to life and draw an intricate and profound formation, multiply line extended from Allen body and joined together creating a magic circle.

The lines shimmered with a bright blue light changing to brilliant orange like sunset and then to gloomy black color.

The magic circle expanded and encompassed the entire of Allen's body as a pillar of blue light rose from his body and shot towards the sky.

Forming a hole in the murky sky as the pillar of light tore through the sky, revealing a starry sky filled with numerous stars as the moonlight tenderly smiled upon them, almost like welcoming the birth of its new child.

Allen's body was recovering at a rate that was noticeable by the naked eye. His bones regrew, followed by his flesh and missing internal organs as a layer of skin covered his body.

Misha's face was flushed with a tinge of red as she took a few more glances at Allen's naked body. Then her eyes widened in surprise as she noticed the changes in Allen's body.

"Did we mess up,"

"Yes, we did! Big time,"

"But, isn't he pretty cute." Misha couldn't help but swallow her saliva as she thought about all the staff; she could do with the current Allen.

"Wouldn't the possibilities be infinite?" As Misha's mind wandered into a direction that wasn't particularly family-friendly.

*Bonk*

"No horny" She was karate chopped by Emma.

"Get your head out of the gutter; I was only examining Allen's body to search for any injuries."

"Yes, you and your noble goals."

"So, leaving my lower half aside; how are we going to explain this,"

"I will leave it to you," With those words, Emma disappeared into the night.

"Hey, come back here." Misha could only clutch her head in pain.
