Joshua woke up with a start.

What greeted him was not his moldy ceiling but a giant crystal chandelier.

The bed he currently lies in is extremely soft, as if he's lying on a cloud, and its definitely not his old hard bed.

Looking around, he saw the extravagance of the things around him. From the various expensive looking paintings, to exquisite furnitures that looks like theyre made out of mahogany or other expensive as hell woods out there.

Everything just scream filthy rich and he doesn't have the slightest idea how he manage to arrive here when the last thing he remembered was sleeping in his ratty bed at his rundown apartment.

Joshua froze, eyes widening in surprise.

"System? Did that mean that I..." He cannot hide the excitement in his voice, after all, the existence of Systems are extremely popular in the current era. From novels, to movies, atleast everyone should have watched or read a story where a system is involved where it becomes the greatest golden finger of the protagonist, allowing him to turn his fate around and reach the peak of his life.

Despite his suspicions, Joshua still did not fully believe everything he saw but with the confirmation from the system, now he knew that this is really not a dream. He feels like he is floating from the cloud from happiness.

A grin appeared on Joshua's face, big enough that it seems to split his face. Loud laughter came from his mouth, full to excitement and joy.

Who would have thought that the little poor him would suddenly be binded with a system and become a rich man overnight. He wanted to scream out the almost suffocating feeling in his chest, he wanted to run around to vent his energy and more.

Taking a deep breath he tried to calm himself down. That's right, he needs to calm down and starts acting like a rich person and not like someone who just came out of the mountain to see the world.

Clearing his throat, he imitated the temperament of the most noblest person he saw on TV and tried to talk with the system again.

"Can you give me all the informatiom about Alexander Lebroille?"

Joshua readied himself for the pain, like how most novel portrayed when accepting the foreign memories of the body they currently inhibit.

Unexpectedly, the pain never came. Instead, he felt a refreshing wave washing over his mind, together with the situation and memories of one Alexander Lebroille.

In fact, Alexander Lebroille was not the original name of the body, its Bryan Stallen.

Thats right, Alexander Lebroille is an illegitimate child of the Lebroille family.

His mother, Andriana Stallen was a housekeeper in a five star hotel in M City. On the outside, she looks very sweet and kind but nobody know that she's full of ambitions. She would seduce the customers of the hotel, whether they are young or old and she's the best in acting pure.

Matthew Lebroille is one of the golden men in M Country. Even though he is already married, many people still wanted to climb his bed to be able to enter the huge umbrella of the Lebroille family.

Seducing Matthew was a very easy thing for Andriana, and she immediately decided to tie this man to her. Unfortunately, Matthew is extremely careful and would always use protection during their 'play time' and left Andriana no choice but to use extreme method.

On that day, Andriana succeeded in making Matthew drunk senseless and achieve her goal. Andriana next fooled Matthew into thinking that she took the birth control pill the next morning.

Unfortunately, her plans was cut short with Mrs. Lebroille, Matthew's wife, found out of their relationship and drove her out of the country. And Andriana left without ever managing to tell Matthew that she's pregnant.

Later, Bryan was born in foreign countries and grew up being told how rich his father is and how their life will change once she finally let him know of his existence.

Andriana's influence made Bryan extremely arrogant and twisted.

Like his mother, he learned to hide his thoughts and acts like her, pure, sweet and kind, which was his greatest advantage when growing up. Coupled with his excellent feature which is the combination of Matthew's and Andriana's beauty, he was extemely popular to everyone.

At the age of 8, Andriana finally manage contact Matthew and it took two years of hard battle between Andriana, Matthew, and Mrs. Lebroille before Bryan was brought back to Lebroille family and has his name finally change to Alexander Lebroille.

Matthew and Mrs. Lebroille also has a son who is 5 years older than Alexander but he is sickly and weak, making Matthew a little disatisfied with this son.

Andriana saw this as an opportunity and helped Alexander change his temperament to what Matthew's like, intellegent, sweet, couragous and respectful.

And the mother and son slowly manage to push Mrs. Lebroille and her son out of favor, driving out Mrs. Lebroille out of the mansion and revoking her son's status as an heir to the Lebroille family.

Right now, the two no longer lives in the main house but instead live on a villa given by Matthew, making Andriana the hostess of the main house.

After reading all the information, Joshua can't help but comment: "Wow. Such a dog blood drama, and I will be actually involved it in."

He pities Mrs. Lebroille and her son for meeting such a tragic fate but he won't really change anything. Their misfortune is his fortune. When they are given the chance, they would probably take revenge Alexander and Andriana.

He is now Alexander, so he can't let that happen.

After sorting out his thoughts, he immediately focused on the system.

"System, what's my task in this world?"

All the people who get a system is given a set of task that must be performed to get high rewards and assist. Considering his current identity, the task that will probably given to him will be involve with business. After all, the Lebroille Corporation is a huge bussiness empire, and he will have to learn how to manage it.

Just thinking about it makes him very excited.
