10 Chapter 9

My name Cygnus and I'm just an ordinary Swan at the lake. My hometown was surrounded by trees. When I was 10 years old, I had a dream where a beautiful lady that wears a white dress and has blonde hair with light blue eyes. She said to me,

"Hello Cygnus, my name is Rachel. I came here to give you a give that was sent by god. Would you want to receive it?" she said calmly.

It was a gift by God so, I can't refuse it and nodes as an agreement. The lady smiles and a beam of light was shot at me. The beam didn't leave me any scratches or bruises. When the beam disappears, the lady is also gone. The next day, I got a power that other swans don't have. I can heal!

At first, my mother fell from a cliff and it left a few bruises. I was so worried until suddenly my mother's wound heal itself. We took her to the town and they say that she was healed by the magic. The next day, they found out that it was from me. Later that same week, a hunter came to our lake and destroy it. He blew up all the trees and all of the swans were dead except for me. The hunter captured me and sell me to many other hunters. For 7 years of trading, I was always been forced to use my power to heal my owner. Each one of them is cruel and I hate them. Now, I heard the ground crumble where the boy helps me. He was very kind to me and I want to repay it.

"your wish will be granted." a familiar voice said.

"who is there I said? " I asked even though I can't speak human language. Suddenly, a beam of light was shot in front of me. It was her! The woman that I met in my dream. She came out of the beam and walked toward me.

"Do you want to help that boy?" she asked me. I replied with a nod. "but humans destroy your village and torture you for the last 7 years." she replied. I agree with her but that boy didn't look hostile and he was very kind. I want to repay her for that. "I will grant you, your wish but you have to serve that boy from now on," she said as light surrounded me.

Satou's POV

Why? Why am I not dead yet? Suddenly I can feel the touch of the ground, my hearing started to get better, my eyes also recovered. I look around and saw a white-haired woman that was wearing a kimono fighting the ogre alone. She has beautiful light blue eyes, she has white-silver hair and was wearing a white kimono with a flower pattern on it. She has a ponytail with a stick. Her attack seems familiar to the power that I used by Cygnus. Could it be? Yes, it definitely is! It was Cygnus in her human form.

I look around again and saw Lupus was also recovering. I ran to him and while he was still just woken up.

"Lupus! Are you okay?" I asked him impatiently.

"don't worry about me but did the swan okay. She's fighting alone." lupus said as he pointing to Cygnus. I checked if all of our wounds are heal and yes.

"We need to help her Lupus!" I said while transforming into my Lupus form. We jump and I clawed the ogre's body while he was focusing on Cygnus. After that, the ogre look at me, and lupus cut his right leg from behind. He fell and was shouting from pain. Then, Cygnus hold my hand and said.

"Shadow feathers!" she said as many shadows that look like a feather came out of our clothes and surround the ogre. Slowly, the feathers start to surround the ogre closer and closer. The feather is skewing the ogre. The ore was screaming in pain but no one is there to help him. Then, the shadow stop and the was nothing left from the ogre. I look back at Cygnus and she transforms back into a swan and Lupus also changes back.

Later, a woman came flying to us. It was Rachel! I was waiting for her for a long time to ask her some questions.

"good day Satou and Lupus." she said while floating. "today, Cygnus will be joining you on your adventure from now on. I will be answering only 5 questions." she said. I think long and hard about what question should I ask her. After a minute of thinking, I finally know what to ask her.

"Does I have the ability to used the Constellation power and if it's 'yes' are the same conditions same to the Constellation? " I asked her.

"when you bonded with the Constellation, you will also share their power and this also applies to the Constellation?" she answered calmly.

"how do I have to beat the demon Lords?" I asked the second question.

"you have to defeat the demon Lords one by one because if they join forces, you're gonna die. Even with only you, Lupus, and Cygnus, you are not strong enough to beat the demon lord. The ogre you just fought is only 5 percent of one of the 7 demon lord's powers." she said with a strict face. I was shocked. The demon lord is very powerful and I have to fight all 7 of them.

" can you explained to me about this world?" I asked her the third question.

" in this world the is only God. He created this world and we Angels are his supporter. We give advice, power, and knowledge to the human from the God's order. In this world, all living creature has magic. It was categorized into 3 types of magic. The ability, which is a gift that was given by a god to the same species. Next, is the skills. Every creature will get this while practicing or was given by God. And finally special skills, these skills are only given by God but lately, some creature got them just like the ogre. His special skill is disguise. This particular skill allows the user to transform the race of the user. Besides that, when the world was just 100 years created, 7 humans committed the 7 deadly sins. God was furious and transform them into demon Lords and locked them in hell. One day, a human that learns forbidden magic learns how to break the demon Lords. He made a promise with the Demon Lords and now they escaped until to this very day. To prevent the world from destroying, God gives 12 high positions to 12 different people who were killed by the demon Lords the title of the Zodiac. Their power is equal to 10 Constellation. All of these 12 zodiacs represent all 12 elements in this world. Which are fire, water, air, earth, nature, lightning, ice, metal, light, darkness, space, and gravity. The skills that were given by God, all represent the 12 elements and the zodiac is also helping us angels to give them to people. " she said the whole story.

" Why God didn't use his power to stop the demon Lords?" I asked Rachel.

Before the demon Lords were born, God always helps the human but they become arrogant and do any kind of sins. Until the day the demon Lords were born, God said to humans. 'I created all of you and why you still committed any crime. Do you not see me as a superior being? As for punishment to all humans, I will not be showing myself to you and you will reflect on yourself. But do not be dread cause one day you will see me again. I will make a system for all creatures to follow, when all of you make too many sins to count or huge sins, as punishment, I will send you to hell like the demon Lords. You will be tortured in there. As for the good people, I will put them in heaven. The rules are simple, to go heaven and hell, have to die but if you are a good person and kill yourself, you will successfully have a one-way ticket to hell. ' he said that. So, the human-created church and temple to make apologies to God. After a 1 000 000 years, the human sometimes completely forgot about God and still making so many sins. "Rachel said with a rage face.

I take a deep breath and asked Rachel the last question. "will I be able to go back to my world back? " I asked Rachel seriously.

"you Satou, are the chosen by God to defeat the Demon Lords. You will be facing many difficulties and tragedy but when you succeed, you will have the choice to leave this world. If you wish to leave this world, a door will open and you will back to the convenience store." she answered with a smile while her body is fading out.
