18 Chapter 16

My name is Auriga and I am a spider. When I was born, I found myself in the demon Lords of sloth's domain. He was very lazy and always sitting on his throne. One day, he approached me and gave me the power. He said if I don't serve him, he will kill me. When I receive the power, I was treated badly by the other member. Especially Andromeda.

"you know Auriga, you'll useless unless master gave you this power." she loves to say that in my face.

Now, I has been tied up in a chair. That human left me alone. Suddenly, the door open. I saw a girl with light purple hair and glittering blue eyes with pale skin. She was holding a basket and look confuse when see me.

"Hey, do you know where Mr Kyo?" the girl asked.

"no! Go away." I shouted to her.

"jeez, you don't have to be rude! I just want to give him some my homemade apple pie!" she said while happily show me the basket.

"why would you give him that thing?" I asked her out of curiosity.

"huh? He helped me when I was having a fever. I want to repay him." she said while smiling.

"why would you repay him?!" I asked her.

"hmm, what a silly question? When someone helped you, you should repay his or her kindness." she replied. "don't your parents taught you that? Cause it is common sense." she continue.

"I don't have parents." I said while looking down on the ground but why do I felt sad?

"ohh, I'm sorry! Here have some pie." she walked to me and put the basket on a table beside me. She open it and take out a slice of pie. She look at me and "say ahh."

"What are you doing?" I asked her.

"I want to feed you this tasty pie!" she answered and put the pie in my mouth. I have nothing to do except for chew. The texture of the crust is very good and the sweetness of the apple compliment them together, I love it. "what do you think?" she asked me.

"it's kinda okay I guess." I lied to her.

"is the pie isn't tasty?" she looked at me with a worried face but it wasn't normal like she was worried about me. Suddenly, I felt like water dropping to my eyes. Why am I crying? I never cry in my life but why I want to cry I front of this girl? The weird thing is I just want to cry.

"I'm sorry, you don't have to cry." she said while hugged me. At that moment, I can't hold back my emotion and burst out crying. I cried very hard but the girl still hugging me firmly. After a few minutes, I stop crying.

"are you okay?" the girl asked me while getting rid of my tears.

"yeah, I'm fine." I said embarrassed. I could not believe that I cried in front of her.

"it's okay to cry, we children need to cry. That's what my sister always say." she said to me. "by the way, why are you tied up by the chair?" she asked me.

"hmm, a human tied me here." I answered her. I look at her face and she was confused.

"why would you say human? You are one right?" she asked me.

"no, I'm not a human." I replied.

"What?! So are you an alien?" she asked me out of shocked.

"no! I'm a spider." I replied to her.

"huh? How can a spider look like a human? You are very good at jokes. " she teased me.

"no! I am a spider." I shouted.

"yeah, yeah, and I identified myself as a fish." she joked.

Suddenly, the door open and the human came back. She look shocked but keeping his composure.

"Earl, are you okay? Did the boy bite you?" he asked her. I was very angry to see him again.

"Oh no Mr Kyo. I just want to give you this apple pie." she said while showing him the basket. "this boy is very funny. He identified himself as a spider." she laughed.

"Oh yeah, that really is funny Earl." he replied with a simple laugh.

After that the girl left and I was interrogate by the human and his pet.

Kyo's POV

"Auriga, why do you support the demon Lords?" I asked him while smiling.

"What do you care?" he said.

"where is the demon lord of sloth lives?" I asked again.

"huh? I can answer that. He lives in earth." he answered. At that point, I can't control my anger.

"lupus, pyxis untie the rope and hold his arm." I demand. They both holding Auriga's arm and now, hehehe. "Cygnus, tickle him with your feathers as much as possible." I said while walking to the chair that was use to tie Auriga. I sit on it and happily watch him get tickled away and can't do anything.

"hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, no please stop you stup hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, you! I will kill hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha," he said and I was very happy with it. I waited for 20 minutes and finally he begged me to stop.

"Good, now tell me everything." I demanded him.

"my name is Auriga and I'm a spider that used to live in the demon Lords lair. He spotted me one day and gave me so much mana until I receive the Constellation of charioteer tittle." he answered.

I asked cygnus to open the window cause it was very crowded here and I need fresh air. When she open the window, a gust of wind enter my room and lift up Auriga's shirt. The looks of a 10 years old but have so many Scars on his body. I was so shocked but at the same time no. Cause andromeda left him here to die alone no wonder he has so much Scars but I want to ask him anyway.

"why do you have so many Scars?" I asked him.

"I always fall in the lair that's why." he answered and I know his face.

"Do you know why children can't lie?" I asked him again.

"What? Are you telling me that I'm lying?! " he answered with anger on his face.

"cause when they lied, they can't hide their face." I answered my own question.

"fine! I always get bullied by the others in the lair expecially Andromeda. She hated me cause I was just a lowly spider without my power. Are you happy now?" he answered my question.

This kid, is so much worse than me. Since he joined the demon Lords, he always get bullied by the other members and has nowhere to lean on.

"you are crying when Earl was here right?" I asked him while looking at his red eyes.

"no! I would never cry infornt of a mere human." he shouted.

Cygnus walk slowly to Auriga and hugged him. "don't worry, you can cry I front of me cause I'm not human." she said while hugging him very firmly. Slowly but surely, Auriga start to cry. He cry very hardly until the next day.

"Hey, wanna eat breakfast?" I asked him while showing him a plate of bread that was toast and a sunny side up egg. He looks very hungry but he denied it until his stomach growl out of hunger. I smiled at him and give him the plate. He eat very quickly like he hasn't eat for days but that does not surprise me.

"Hey human, what is you're name?!" he asked me but not very nicely.

"hmm, my name is Kyo Satou." I answered him with a smile.

"thank you, Kyo." Auriga said but his face was very red out of shyness.

"hehe." I laughed.

"what's so funny?!" he shouted. I look at him again and just laugh again.
