Kyo's POV

Why is Lupus running away? I thought to myself as I was chasing him.

[No, the healing process is quite effective and has no After effect. This is likely because of the battle between Lupus and an entity named Avalon. The healing process can heal injuries but cannot heal mental health such as emotion or memory loss.]

I ran to catch up with Lupus in the village. He ran into an alleyway and finally there is no way out for him. He was a corner and have nowhere to go. I quickly transform into Cygnus form and move the feathers to above Lupus so that he can't jump. I walk closer to Lupus and reach my pocket and took out a bottle and give lupus to smell it as I open the tiny bottle. The bottle is chemical that Jasmine gave me. She said that it can help and it does. I transform back as Lupus is starting to lose his conciseness.

"master!" I heard from behind me. It was Cygnus that has running with me but can't catch up. "how can you run so fast and still don't lose any stamina?" Cygnus asked as I also wandering myself.

"Master, why don't we just carry him by using my feather?" Cygnus suggest. Are you freaking kidding me?! Why haven't I thought about that since he got injured? Now, my back and arms are hurt because of this.

We waited for about an hour. While waiting, I suggest to play some games with Cygnus.

"Hey Cygnus, let's play Thumb war," I suggest to Cygnus.

"What is that master?" Cygnus asked me back.

"Well, a thumb war is a game played by two players in which the thumbs are used to simulate fighting. The objective of the game is to pin the opponent's thumb." I explained Cygnus as I demonstrate to Cygnus.

As time goes on, we play very intensely. The results is 45 win and 1 lost. It was Cygnus's results.

" master, please don't always let me lose. It did not go of you to go easy on me." she said as I feeling very depressed because I was not go easy on her. Suddenly, Lupus start to move and woke up.

"where am I?" he said as looking around the room and stop when he saw me. "you again?!" lupus growling.

"please calm down. You don't need to worry. You lost your memory. You don't know where to go even if you escaped." I said while pointing to the door that was sealed by Cygnus's feather.

"who am I? Who are you people? And where is this place? How I lost my memory? Why can't I remember a single thing about myself?" lupus asked me a bunch of questions.

"first of all, your name is Lupus. You are a wolf from the shadow clan. Your father is an omega in the clan, he died cause was eaten by the wolves. But the wolves lied to you and said that human killed him. I met you 5 years later. When you discover the truth, you joined me in a journey. Second, my name is Kyo Satou and this is Cygnus. She is a swan from a lake. We helped her and now she joined our party. This is our room that I rented. We are in a journey to defeat the demon Lords. Then, you lost your memory because one of the wolves from the shadow clan attack you." I explained to him.

Then, I explained everything that I know about him. About how I'm from another world and how he got his powers. I don't think that Lupus want to seperate from us. Suddenly, I heard a knock to my door and I quickly asked Cygnus to unseal the door and I immediately open it. It was Mr leaf and he was carrying a bottle of wine.

"Hello Kyo, how are you? I want to give you this wine that I bought today." he said while showing me the wine.

"I'm very grateful but I'm only 16 years old and still underage." I explained to him.

"Oh, I'm very sorry. I thought that you are 18 years old." he apologise while scratching his head.

"if I am 18, I'm still underage." I said to Mr. Leaf.

"What are you talking about? In Euribe, the legal age to drink is 18 years old. Your parents is very strict to lied to you about that." Mr. Leaf said while I realise that the legal age to drink in Japan is 20 years old.

"then, please have this." Mr leaf said while reaching his pocket and give me a compass. It has a little bit rust but it was very beautiful. It has a silver body and red arrow that was showing north. "jasmine said that you are adventuring then, please have this. This is my family compass that was given to me by my grandfather." he explained to me.

"no, I can't take this! Your grandfather gave this to you, I can't accept this." I said while pushing his hand that was holding the compass slowly.

"please, just take it. You healed my daughter that was always sick since she was 5 years old. Now, she can rest assured because of you." Mr. Leaf said while handing me the compass and quickly ran. I look back at the compass and put it in my pocket. I walk back into my room and saw Lupus and Cygnus is playing thumb war. I can see that Lupus is still overwhelm by the game.

"I win!" Cygnus screamed excited.

"please, one more game." Lupus begged Cygnus. I never think that Lupus will be like this but he did lost his memory. I hope that he can revive his memory. I thought to myself as looking through the window and saw a leaf was falling slowly from a tree and was blown away by wind.
