Ailwin was astounded by what one little jar of honey can do around this market.

"It hasn't been this way for long, but recently honey has turned into a commodity." Mika answered Ailwin unspoken question. Nodding his head he understood what Mika was telling him.

"This is why, my father is pushing the restoration of the city faster. Once more people find out about us, what do you think they will do?"

Ailwin could imagine the fighting that will take place, if people knew that just a few miles from here is a trove of pure honey ready for the taking.

He shuttered and began making plans to fortify the city's walls and to use the resources around them to defend their new home.

Mika smiled, she knew he needed a place to start over after losing his home. They all do, and keeping busy is the best way to assure one's mind stayed focus.
