488 Calm Before the Storm

Weeks after the meeting with the officials, the Imperial City and the Capital City were in danger. 

At this time, it's been made quite aware to the people that honey distribution has stopped. Whose who had the rare insight to conserve and save the honey in their homes are lucky. Whose who didn't, well let's just say that the beds in the healing center are empty only because the morgues are full.

The Imperial City and the Capital City are now facing the same situation as the villages and towns bordering the Steppes faced.

Opulent homes started to become the targets of looting as common citizens tempted to get honey to sustain their families. 

When prominent clans noticed the common citizens taking matters into their own hands and the enforcers weren't doing anything about, they took up arms.

Using their household guards they killed any intruders coming into their home on sight.
