"Is your mistress always like this?" Braeden turned from Mika's departing back to ask Saavi.

"Like what?"

"Like...I don't know...a brat?" Braeden couldn't quite define Mika's character.

"My young miss is not a brat!" Saavi took great offense to Braeden's statement.

"Huh?... Are you so immune to it by now that you see it as common? Your mistress is one of the most aggravating people I have met in my life!" Since talking to Mika always made him feel like the losing party, Braeden was going to take it out on her maid.

"Excuse me!?..." Saavi couldn't believe a prince's general would speak of a fledgling like this.

"Yes, excuse you! Since you are older than her, you should do better in teaching to respect her seniors!" Braeden walked away with a pep in his step at being able to release some of his anger.

Baffled by Braeden statements, Saavi stood there stupefied watching him walk away until Kaze called her to come help him with Jonas.
