1 Falling in love was all too easy.

When I met the love off my life I had just sworn off dating, having one bad romance after another never added up to a happy me. My Roommate had been studying my habits for a while and mentioned if she could introduce me to someone. "I really don't know Eden I just got out of something kinda bad and I don't want to mess things up again." I kept my head in my phone as she paced the living room. "Listen Kylie you and this guy have alot more in common than you think, just let me give him your name on Facebook and see where it goes?"

"Alright just Facebook"

He was tall dark and handsome for sure, Eden claimed 6'8" but i was skeptical. He had karate photos in his timeline and a prom photo, at least we had embarrassing prom photos, thats a start. Chen Hillson, a curious name for a black guy born in Texas but at least it's a talking point.

"So where does the name Chen come from?"

"Haha, my dad was really into music and one of his favorite artists was named Mr. Chen, and my sister is named Kikiyo so it's kind of a theme. Where does the name Kylie come from? :)"

"My dad's brother Kyle predicted my birthday as his own birthday and i was named after him in honor."

"Your birthday is coming up isn't it? This Friday right? What do you have planned for 21?🥳"

"Not much, I think my roommates where going to do some party games and get some margaritas it won't be big but you could join us if you'd like?"

Oh my gosh my body wiggled in my bed at the excitement he was so much more handsome than any of the guys I had seen before and he was coming to my birthday party. Oh no he's already 21, what if i make a fool out of myself infront of an experienced drinker.

"Should I bring anything 😏?"

"Just yourself!😛"

What was i supposed to say beer? Ew! And i don't know any brands of alcohol.

Oh no he's so sweet, I was just supposed to invite him not be sweet talking him over the phone. Better leave it there to keep him from getting too intense tonight. I can't believe it's only Monday....
