-Notice ends-

Richard's achievement in entertainment is so much they often unintentionally skip his business side of the achievements.

Well, exactly Ric is both lucky and unlucky that all his business achievements are given to his father.

But Ric actually likes this arrangement as he can do business under the radar of the media.

Besides that Company is also growing on its own without much of Ric's attention unless it is something major with a large amount of capital is involved.

Since the establishment of <Feather Entertainment>, it has been growing.

Starting from the game industry, it entered the records industry. After that, the publishing and media industries, and lastly in the film market.

By 1990 it became one of the powerful and largest media groups in us.

The growth of the company is due to its Merger&Accusation from the moment it was formed.

Due to the company's larger number of transactions, <Wings Ventures> had to make an M&A department.

It entered the publishing industry by buying 'Random House publishing company' merging into <Feather's Random House publishing>.

After the merger, it bought Marvel Entertainment, also all the companies that the random house was the distributor of.

But it didn't just end there as it bought a few other publishing companies across the world.

Making it one of the top publishing companies in the world.

<FE> started entering the media when it bought <Advance publishing> which in turn made <vanity fair magazine> and <The New Yorker's magazine> to be under it.

Including that, it bought a few more large or small newspapers, tabloids, magazines and merged all to from <Feather Advance paper media>.

After the merger, it also went all-out, around the world establishing its base of operation or buying a few more newspapers, tabloids, or magazines.

From 1985-1989, Ric bought many defunct or running small or large tv networks, content providers, or news channels. Just like that, when he bought MTV in 1985 and CBS the tv broadcasting company in 1986 and merged all to form <Feather CBS>, the company entered the digital media market.

But when he reorganized the media department to <Feather Media Corp> by merging both <FAPM> and <FCBS> in 1988, it became one of the largest media groups in the US.

In order to come to this stage, Ric had to spend a total of 4 billion dollars for all the expenditures and 2 billion dollars annual injections for companies smooth running and merging.

<Feather Entertainment> became one of the largest entertainment corporations when Ric bought Columbia Pictures in 1988 and later merged it with <Feather Studio> and to create <Feather Columbia Pictures> later which merged with <FMC> in 1990.

In the previous life, Columbia Pictures and all his subsidies were bought by Sony in 1989 with a price of 3.4 billion from the coca-cola company.

But in this life, Ric having enough minimum share in coca-cola to sit on its board with good power, he proposed through his representative about buying Columbia Pictures in one meeting in 1987.

After a series of negotiations, he bought Columbia Pictures with all its subsidies for 3 billion and handing over 40% of his share in Coca-Cola in 1988.

Spend another year merging with the film studio division of FE, the <Feather Studio>.

In 1990 the entire <Feather entertainment> went for a rearrangement with the complete merger of <Feather Columbia Pictures>.

The process took place by dividing all the departments into individual companies like <Feather's Nest>, <Feather's Random House>, <Feather Columbia media>, <Feather Pixar>, <Feather Columbia Records> for games, publishing, media, visual&animation and recording department respectively.

While it became a holding company reaming it-self <Feather Inc>.

This rearrangement attracted a lot of attention in 1990, specially <FCM> as its total asset value increased significantly due to the large success in movies earning 20% of the total gross at the box office.

Also, a successful TV reality show <Who wanna be a millionaire> aired on CBS significantly increasing its popularity after its hit 'The Oprah Winfrey Show' in 1986.

The success can also be seen in both the game and record industry.

<EA> and <Activision> both sold a lot of successful games while <FNGA> competed in the console market with Nintendo and SAGA gaining huge success.

On the other hand with the successful merger of <FCR>, it became the largest record label in the US accompanying 20% of the recording market.

Not only that <FCR> has established its dominance internationally over its rival companies.

With the establishment of this large media company, Ric's career as an actor, author & singer became even more smooth.

The direct result was the publication of <Jurassic Park>(1989) through Random House without any contract or procedure instead it went to production directly after an editor check.

After all, the owner of the company has written a book, if the book doesn't get special treatment, it will be very disastrous for employees in the production house.

Besides, it's the first time Ric restarted his career as an author after his break in 1986.

Not only that, his power and position also skyrocketed in Hollywood in one full swipe.

After the Hollywood power raking came out in 1990, everyone realized the true power of this seemingly harmless popular child idol when Richard was ranked 3rd.

All this thing combined created a huge storm in 1990 which created a large distraction delaying the media to talk about the disappearance of Richard from the silver screen. Even though, he was active behind the scene without being actually physically present.
