2 Chapter 2 - The Rebirth

After Matsuko left the hospital she went back every moth for a checkup, she found out that she was pregnant with a baby boy, that means he has a better chance at a successful life which would mean she could relax a little plus a boy is easier to take care and cheaper.

Today was a special day as her water broke luckily she was with her father when it happened otherwise she would be stuck and in incredible pain. "Don't worry hun we'll be there in 5 minutes," Tangiro, Matsuko's father, is speeding her to the hospital. When they got there the staff took her immediately for her to give birth safely.

The Hogyoku was beginning to be restless and subconsciously started heading to the exit. Excitement filled his heart, a new feeling which was never there before, 'what is this, is this what it means to feel, to be truly alive.' This excitement was the catalyst to a whole new range of emotions, anxiety, happiness, confusion, determination hit him all at once. But all of these new emotions it felt was overshadowed by one thing, it expectation. The hogyoku never truly saw the world, only felt but when it is born it would be like a blind person seeing for the first time, so he was full of expectations.

"I can see the head keep pushing!,""Ahhhhhhh!," Matsuko was almost at the end of giving birth but it was also the most painful experience of her whole life. At the end there was only silence which was split by the wailing of a crying baby in the nurses arms, the nurse handed the baby to the new mother, which calmed the baby down. No one new the real reason the baby was crying, it was crying because it could finally see if only a little bit because it couldn't lift its eyes much but it could see something which overwhelmed the Hogyoku. Matsuko has the baby in her ams and whispered something in his ears, "your name will be Michio." Both Matsuko and Michio fell asleep together, while Michio's grandfather thanked the hospital staff and they recommended that the mother should rest in one of the hospital beds after getting cleaned, while the baby should be checked for any physical genetic disorders.

Kisuke and Yoruichi Had witnessed the birth and checked for any abnormalities. "Other than a crazy high quality amount of new reiatsu which highly strengthened his soul, it is a perfectly normal baby," Yoruichi had conveyed her thoughts on the hogyoku's rebirth, "The Hogyoku never had a mind or a full soul to feel emotions, but by fully becoming the soul of a body and spread itself each of the fetus' cells it truly became a person and hopefully it truly now has emotions." Kisuke informed Yoruichi that even though now he hadn't showed symptoms of changing into something inhuman, like Aizen, and that they should still be vigilant.

The Hogyoku or now Michio now was pondering on what to do now as a baby, he couldn't move because his bones haven't set and his muscles weren't strong enough. He didn't want to strengthen his cells as that would be very strange as his physical appearance would change into the same 'race' as Aizen, instead of strengthening his cells he would mutate and modify them to handle more of his breakdown reiatsu, this wouldn't strengthen his body it would just be easier to collect and form his reiatsu. 'I can only wait as if I mutate my cells to handle more reiatsu they will multiply making it easier to use his reiatsu, I will wait until I am at least 6 to strengthen my body as my body would be ready to adapt to the strengthening of my cells.' Michiro decided to spend his days one by one changing his cells to better handle his powerful reiatsu, it would be a slow process as there are many cells and many more cells to mutate while he grows.

Michiro spends his time looking at the people passing by the baby window, parents pointing out their child and not surprisingly old souls that watch their relatives and pray for their health and their future. Also not surprisingly he noticed a reiatsu signature 2km but suddenly it disappeared, it was a hollow but he doesn't know what that is he only has a feeling as to what it was. At the same time Kisuke went out to investigate the hollow appearing, he noticed it was heading straight towards him, Kisuke hid in an alley way while he observed the hollow. It had ran straight past in the direction of the hospital which he came from, 'It would seem that the Hogyoku or I guess Michio now, attracts hollow because he can't hide his unique reiatsu which would be very beneficial for hollows,' he thinks this as he appears in front of the running hollow and effortlessly slices it down from the middle in half, 'I need to set up a soul formation around where he will live so that nothing ' troublesome' notices Michio, but I can't lay up one too big otherwise the Soul Society would investigate so only where he lives, me and Yoruichi can protect him and watch him'

Michio spent all of that day changing his cells which was showing progress but would take at least three years. 'Hmmm, this would take a long time to complete but I think the benefits outweigh the cons as I would have a stronger foundation which would mean I could handle more power in the future,' this was a new thing he found out when he noticed that Aizen should have had more of his reiatsu but he couldn't because he never slowed down and let his body adapt to the change in reiatsu which led to him powering up fast but if he went slower than he would've had much greater strength.

Michio was taken the next morning by his mother back to her house where she lives with her father, it was a standard middle class family but she was the only one earning money and now she will have to take maternity leave which would slightly make it harder to make more money as she now had a child to take care of. Grandfather said 'I will get a job at the local supermarket and make some extra money,' this surprised Matsuko as her father was old and she hoped that he could handle himself. Michio on the other hand was very happy that her mum thought and cared about him so much and was proud that his father helped out even though he didn't know what money was or a supermarket.
