1 Chapter 1 - The Beginning

"Without the existence of the Soul King, the Soul Society would split apart" Kisuke Urahara stated mater factly to Aizen who was busy being sealed but failed to seal his anger at the statement, "That's and argument a loser would make!" Aizen shouted at Kisuke with force and unbridle anger in his voice, Ichigo observes Aizen and the sealing process in interest. Aizen's final words was going to be a denial of the words spoken by Kisuke, but he only managed to utter on single word "I."

In this moment if one could look deep inside Aizen's body, one would see his soul and what rests inside his soul was the Hogyoku, it feels most comfortable in this place as it makes it feel real and alive. But that peace was disturbed by the sealing of Aizen and hence itself, it only ever wanted one thing and it was the thing that all animals instinctually possess the will to live. It knows that if it's sealed it won't live as in really be alive as being sealed was akin to never move again which pretty much what being dead is. The Hogyoku never had feelings only its will but then again it never had a body with a brain or a full soul to have those feelings. It did the only thing it could, separate itself from Aizen's soul and try to find another host, this was dangerous as it would lose all the power it had gained as the actual. power it gained was Aizen accumulating the reiatsu of the shinigami and Hollow forming the unique reiatsu of Aizen. To lose Aizen was to lose all its power but it had to escape and live.

Just before Aizen was sealed a tiny imperceptible ball quickly shot out of Aizen's body and went underground using the some of Aizen's reiatsu it stole from him. Even Kisuke couldn't see it was so small and fast but he could still sense it's reiatsu, but by the time he noticed it's traces the Hogyoku used all it's power to teleport away from him, "Hmmm, it escaped it seems, I need to find it before it attaches itself to anyone dangerous." The Hogyoku can be seen in a building with curtains, weird transparent tubes and a weir bed with white sheets, it was in a hospital in karakura town on a bed next to a clearly pregnant woman. The Hogyoku willed itself slowly into the body of the woman next it willed itself into the the young fetus and slowly but surely it consumed and replace the still forming soul of the fetus. Maybe with this the Hogyoku will know what it truly means to be alive.

The Hogyoku slowly spread itself into the whole body of the fetus or itself now since it had now had a body. If someone who had spiritual sense could see what was happening, they would see negative reiatsu of the hollows and the positive reiatsu of normal souls combining in the fetus creating a qualitative change forming a new reiatsu which it named breakdown reiatsu, because of its ability to breakdown to opposition of the two opposing forces of the world. The hogyoku wanted to have a stronger body but it sense that strengthening its new body which is a fetus would bring undesirable consequences to its new body. Little did it know that Kisuke Urahara had already found it and was observing what it was doing to the young fetus in the currently three month pregnant woman called Matsuko Midori. Kisuke had seen what the Hogyoku did and was pondering whether he should let it live and maybe it could become like a real person, the Hogyoku was after all like a child, it has never really seen what Aizen had done nor what major incidents it caused, it was only following its instincts, so maybe it could learn and grow like a real person, but just incase Kisuke decided to closely observe the Hogyoku.

The Hogyoku was oblivious to his future and the intense emotions is or he would feel. But for now it would wait for itself to be born, it doesn't really know how it happens so it could only wait for it to happen.

Meanwhile Kisuke had left and was talking to his long time friend yoruichi shinhoin, "Kisuke, this is very important we can't let it out of our sights, the Hogyoku was the reason all of this happened in the first place," Yoruichi sternly stated to Kisuke, "But the Hogyoku never actually knew what was right or what was bad, as the saying goes 'it's not the sword that's dangerous but the person weilding it'" Kisuke had intelligently inquired to Yoruichi, she seemed to ponder for a bit making various facial expressions until she made her decision, "Fine! but we must keep our eyes on it at all times as things could get dangerous if it takes the wrong path as it grows up," Yoruichi resigned to Kisuke's decision.

At the hospital Matsuko was talking to the doctor as she went to find out the state of her baby. "Ma'am your baby is perfectly healthy and should come out at the predicted time if nothing happens," this brought a smile to matsuko's face as she was really looking forward to having a child. Since her husband left her she was depressed and lonely, but with this child she would raise it to be the best person she could teaching hime the rights from wrongs and the like, and she wouldn't be lonely now. The Hogyoku meanwhile was focusing on the new feelings it possessed, it felt especially hungry but it could also feel like he was in some liquid which felt incredibly comfortable, it also heard or rather felt the heartbeat of its mum which was very soothing calming it down from its troubles.
