Vincent Blackwood was renowned as the best hitman of the year 2042. His ability to execute targets with precision and his cold, detached demeanor made him the most dangerous individual on the planet. The organization Vincent works for, 'THG (The Hell's Gate) Organization,' viewed him as a danger to the company due to their fear he would ultimately betray them and bring about the organization's ruin, as they believed he had the ability to do so. For this purpose, they assigned him a suicide mission that they were certain he had no chance of making it out alive. Nevertheless, they underestimated his capabilities seeing as he always seemed to be a step ahead and managed to survive. In the midst of his flight escape, the organisation had no other option but to fire a missile at the plane carrying numerous innocent people, their final attempt to kill Vincent and stop him from escaping, leading to his demise. Vincent found himself in the crossroads of life and death, taking stock of his life and sorrowfully recognizing that he had been manipulated and exploited by others and the organization he had devoted himself to for his entire life. No matter how powerful or proficient in combat he had become, his ultimate demise was inevitable and all of his efforts had been for naught. If only he had not depended on anyone else, if only he had done what he desired for once, if only he had not been a mere tool whose demise was pointless. His profound grief became a reality when he was unexpectedly surrounded by a brilliant light and was suddenly transported to another world. Vincent was reborn into an alternate universe full of magical realms and various supernatural creatures, like gods and demons. He was granted remarkable powers which may have seemed weak at first, but if used and trained properly, could be honed and strengthened to become extremely powerful. Vincent realized that this was an opportunity for him to have a life where he wasn't under anyone's control and could make his own choices. To be able to do this, he had to become the most powerful being in the realms, as there were those who wanted to take away his freedom and those who were jealous of him or wanted to take advantage of his unique talents. Vincent was determined to become the most powerful and dangerous hitman the world had ever seen. He was a fair and an impartial ally, but if you stood in his way, regardless of your station - be it a lowly demon or a divine being - he would eliminate you without hesitation if he had the means to do so.
