Freya felt angry, so she did not reply to Gideon's text message.

Freya started to pack up at 5:20 p.m.

When it was 5:30 p.m., she left the sales department with her purse.

The woman walked quickly. Since it had just turned 5:30 p.m. there was hardly anyone else when she got into the lift and went down to the parking lot.

Jennifer had made some remarks about her relationship with Gideon previously, and Freya had learned her lesson well.

When Freya walked up to the Rolls Royce Ghost, Gideon was already in the car.

She looked around before getting into the car furtively and wound up the window.

"Why the secrecy? You make it seem as though you are doing something wrong."

Freya spoke as she put on her seatbelt. "You are the reason I have to be secretive."

"Say that again?" The man sounded displeased.
