231 The Forest

As the knights of the Asterian empire battled with the enemy's forces, the nobles protected themselves and their territories from harm. The commoners also looked for ways to survive the impending and unexpected doom.

Far away from their sights, a little commotion occurred deep within the dense and thick trees of a forest in the western region of the empire.

Moving past the trees covered in snow and glaciers , an old crooked shed resided in the middle of the trees.

A common wooden cart could be seen stopping a small distance away from the old shed. Soon after, a man dressed in common clothes highlighted down the cart. He adjusted his worn-out hat, his eyes surveying the forest around himself in a rather cautious manner.
