7 Chapter 7

I woke up before my alarm rang. Pretty surprising. I know. I woke up after I dreamt about Mr. Tease. The moments from last night. I woke up immediately. I couldn't sleep anymore. I woke at about 5 or something.

I got up, went to the bathroom and took a warm shower. Today, I had all the time in the world. I took my time and did my morning routine. I wore a white oversized Adidas hoodie which my 'ex-bestie' had gifted me in my 17th birthday. I wore a black ripped jeans and a pair of black converse.

I tied my hair into a French braid from the top of my head and tied the rest of my hair into a ponytail.I left some of my small hair rest on my temples. I did a no makeup-makeup look, just wore a little more of Mascara. I admired my look in my mirror, feeling satisfied.

I checked the time in my phone and saw I still have one hour till college starts. I locked my door and went to the cafe where I'm a regular customer. I opened the door of the lively cafe with a wide smile thinking I would have a great day and saw a familiar face, after that my wide smile faded away.

My ex-boyfriend. My worst nightmare.

He was standing in front of Jeff. I pretended I didn't see him. Jeff waved at me and I gave him a small 'fake' smile.

"Hazelnut! How are you hun?" he beamed as he goes to make my usual.

"I'm good. Jeff. Add a muffin to my usual today." I said with a blank face.

"Hello Hazey~" my worst nightmare whispers in my left ear which made chills run down my spine.

"What do you want, Kennedy?" I said, not making eye contact with him. Fear evident in my voice.

"Babygirl, I missed you..." he said as he tugged a strand of my hair with his freaking cold, slender fingers behind my ear, which made me flinch.

"Why are you following me?" I said, still not making eye contact. I'm too scared to make eye contact with him.

"Hazey, baby. Look at me..." he says, very softly. I gathered all the courage and looked up at him. His ocean blue eyes were hidden under brown bangs. This was feeling like they were piercing through my soul. I felt like I was going to fall on the floor as my legs were becoming numb.

"Do you guys know each other?" Jeff asks bringing my cold coffee with a muffin after ages!

"What do you think?" Kennedy stops me from answering as I opened my mouth to say something. I felt something gripping my wrist.

"You guys look pretty close. Hazelnut. Mind introducing me to him?" he beams.

I nodded and "Kennedy meet Jefferson or just Jeff. Jeff meet Christopher Kennedy, my...ex." I said looking down.

"Oh! Hi! Mr. Christopher. It's nice to meet you." Jeff says with his voice a bit...dull.

"Hi Jefferson. It's nice to meet you too. Can you give me a plain black coffee?" he says, surprisingly, he was being polite.

"Sure! In a bit." he says as he scoots away. My heart dropped as Kennedy laid his hand on my back.

"Babygirl, is he your new friend? Does he like you?" his eyes were really now piercing through my scared-to-death soul. I was trembling.

"Kennedy, he is just a friend and he has a boyfriend." I said in a low tone. Fear was taking over my whole body. I could think anything straightly. His grip on my wrist was getting stronger.

"That's fine then. Remember. You. Are. Just. Mine. JUST. MINE." He said in deep voice which made my heart come to my throat. I wanted to scream, but I was left tongue-tied, in fear.

"Kennedy, I have to go to college. Let my hand go." I said, almost inaudible.

"Okay. Be safe~" he sang as he lets my wrist go. I could see his hand's mark on my wrist. I took my coffee and muffin and ran out.

"Oh my God! He is really stalking me! What the hell am I gonna do?!" I mumbled as I was running off to my college.

I entered my class room and saw Axel sitting on my seat. I went up to him and smiled.

"Hi Hazel! Mind if I sit beside you today?" he says with cute grin plastered on his face. His smile made my heart warmed up.

"Hi cutie! I don't mind you sitting beside me! You are so fucking cute! I wish you weremy sibling" I cooed and pinched his little nose. I could see a pink shade on his rosy cheeks. He smiled shyly and I chuckled.

"Cutie..." I said lowly.

"I really wished you were my sister! People say that I look like you." I smiled warmly.

"I would love to be your sister. Maybe not by blood, but by heart. Whatcha say?" I said as I threw my arms around his shoulders.

"Yayyy!!! I love you Sis!" he beamed as he threw his arms around me. I hugged him back.

"So, I finished the assignment." Axel said as he pulled away from our 'sibling-by-heart' hug.

"What?! Really?!"

"Yeah actually. You looked pretty tired and frustrated yesterday. So, I decided to finish it by myself." he tilted his head as he grinned, disappearing his hazel eyes in an eye smile. I spent rest of the time in my college with Axel because, FORTUNATELY all of his class was according to my schedule.

Soon, it was time for my work in the Anderson Mansion. Axel and I bid my goodbyes and I headed for Anderson Mansion.

I opened the door to get embraced by a little body with little hands.

"HAZEL!! FINALLY YOU'RE HERE!!! I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" he screamed as he hugged my legs tighter.

"Hey baby! I missed you too! Come here." I picked him up and bopped his nose.

"Hazel! Let's play! I was getting bored all alone. Daddy left before you came. I was alone with Mary Ann."

"Mary Ann? Who is that sweetie?"

"It's me."
