1 Me

You must be wondering who I am, and what's my story to tell. Well my story is quite simple, I'm a regular guy who fell in love with an astonishing guy. Those pairing do not necessarily go well together. But as we say, opposites do really in fact attract. And oh boy, I was attracted to him. But before we get to that part of the story, let's talk about me for a bit.

I am a photographer, I love capturing the world from my lenses, seeing the beauty, the scars and the emotions demonstrated in every living scenery on our world. I am currently a quite known photographer in New York, from the Art Academy of New York. Since my portfolio of work was quite astonishing I was granted a two year apprenticeship in South Korea to get to master and hone my photography skills. So once I was offered to go I couldn't refuse.

I was ecstatic to go there because since I was young, I was a major fan of South Korean culture, mainly because yes I know it's cliché but I am a typical fan girl/boy of many boy bands and TV show actors.

So I gladly accepted to go there! All my life I was scared by my past, my family who never accepted who I was, a gay teenager who is feminine, and my escape was through the world of art and that included photography and so much more.

My parents abandoned me when I finally let my inner secret out of my heart. I was not like those other LGBTQ kids that had a bad fortune, so even though I had no home I had begun my new career as a part time Creative Director. I was making peoples dreams and idea become my vision become something that can actually be produced. And when I was not doing that I was being a photographer.

My name is Maii and I am a twenty year old geeky dude with short red hair and an average body. I am not that tall, I guess I would be around five foot nine. For someone with an average body, I had a huge heart, a heart that had a story to tell and I guess that what I'm here to do. To tell you my story, its not a great love story or anything like that but it's a story worth listening.

Who knows maybe you'll get inspired, maybe you'll think about something, whatever it is I am just glad to be apart of it.
