"come on, don't say that" jin pats his shoulder and sighs in response to taehyung's cold expression as if he's unwilling to associate with anyone who is not his own group members.
All of them were curious as they were sure they would be meeting a new staff member. as soon as they arrived they found PDnim with an unfamiliar companion.
"Everyone! I would like you to meet your new staff member." PDnim pointed to the girl who stood just beside him.
"Greetings! I'm Ahna Shrivastava, and I'm hired as the new publicist for BTS. so, from now on I'll be managing your public image. Since, I'm still new to this, I need your cooperation, im looking forward to the next few weeks" The charming girl gushed delightfully. A short awkward silence followed, and all of them stared at her as no one understood her fluent English aside from Namjoon.
"Oh!! Hello Miss. Ahna! I'm Kim Namjoon, Nice to meet you!" Namjoon broke the silence. There was still astonishment everywhere until Namjoon smacked Jin on his arm.
"Hello, I'm Jin. Nice to meet you," Jin cheerfully responded so as to end the awkwardness.
"Hello my name is Jeon Jungkook." He said after he stole a glance from namjoon.
"Hello! Miss Ahna. I'm Jung Hoseok you can call me J-Hope." Hoseok passed a huge smile.
"Hello! I'm Suga." He exclaimed with a sour expression as if he was half asleep.
"she's so beautiful-" His eyes were fixed on her as he examined her from head to toe, a pinch on Jimin's elbow snapped him out of his thoughts as jungkook gestured to him to introduce himself. "Ah! Hello! I'm Jimin!" he said.
"V-ssi?"Jimin whispered.
taehyung who stood by the wall totally uninvolved, rolled his eyes before speaking
"Hey! I'm Kim taehyung! V!" he exclaimed.
"Nice to meet y'all too! I hope we can work good together!" She replied with a smile.
"Doesn't she know Korean?" Jimin whispered in a low voice which was still noticeable.
"Oh! Well I know but im not so perfect, so if I make a funny mistake please laugh it off" Ahna quickly responded in Korean with a grin on her face to which everyone laughs pleasantly. Everyone, except taehyung.
"Okay! So, as you have been introduced to each other. I have some business to deal with you guys." bang PD sighed.
"Ahh! Alright! please excuse me!" Ahna smiled and made her way out of the office.
"So, Do you boys have any doubts?" pdnim inquired looking at everyone.
"Is she Korean? She doesn't seem so?" Claimed Yoongi.
"No! She's not! She's Indian." Pdnim responded with a forthright smile.
"Indian?" Jungkook, Jimin and Hoseok roared in a low voice simultaneously and looked at each other bug-eyed.
"we never had any Indian personnel here." Jin asserted in curiousity.
"Not only Indian, We don't have much of any Asian staff members except for Chinese and Japanese noonas(elder sister) and hyungs.(elder brother)" Jungkook pulled his index finger to his chin in bewilderment.
"She is indeed qualified for this field despite being this young she's highly reliable, also carries a kind nature and is directly approved by Michele Marie, a leading PR agency in the US. I consider she fits perfectly in PR managing, specifically for you guys" Bang Pd persuaded the members.
"Alright! As you say! We're fine either ways" Namjoon ended the conversation and they all bowed to Bang PDnim.
after the conversation ended, all the boys moved out the ceo's office. there were noises from all the seven men that filled the wide corridor as they begun joking around. the small talks went from how they wish they could meet their fans to how they are happy to meet yet another diversed new staff member, who is kind and polite by character.
"Kind Nature my ass" taehyung scoffed
"Huh? Don't you like her? She's kind of adorable!" Hoseok nudged taehyung.
"I don't like over-smiling girls. They make me feel they're upto something big. And that girl, whatever her name is. She seems annoying." Taehyung grimaced.
"I think she's polite and nice. Try to be more open to people now tae. It's been quite some time" jimin tapped taehyung's shoulder.
Taehyung maintained quiet, looking at the ground before he shook his head as if, flashback of a terrible memory just ran across his head. As he was about to turn back to the rest of the members, he looks out the window and his glance catches Ahna who was looking from left to right in order to cross the road, she began walking from the spot, seemingly happy and excited while his eyes were fixed on her petite figure as seen from the 10th floor of a 19 storey building, within a minute she disappeard in a corner, leaving a smirk that smeared acorss his face.
