8 Epilogue

It was snowing in the morning. Inside his courtyard, Xi Ying was sleeping with Li Rui. He was hugging her tightly in his arms as she lay on his chest. As he opened his eyes, he sighed while looking at Li Rui in his arms. Li Rui is ignoring him purposefully for two or three days. She seemed to be giving this special treatment to him only. When he asked her the reason, she ignored him like air. He did many things to make her talk to him but nothing worked. 

In these two or three days, he did all the talk. Xi Ying thought he had never spoken this much in his life. In some instances, he felt like he again had become a soul.

Everything else was the same. 

They ate together, slept together and even had a walk in the garden. It was only last night that Li Rui refused to sleep with him. When he said that he would sleep here only as this was his courtyard, Rui got up from the bed. He watched as she walked towards the door. Only then he got to know of her intentions.
