Bai Yulin was wearing a simple rugged casual outfits. With black jeans and a white shirt, she paired it with another layer of Brunswick loose button front shirt where she left all the buttons as they were. She wore simple sneakers to match with the overall look.

At this point, Ji Haishan didn't have anything to say. More like he couldn't. Even though he had painstakingly told Bai Yulin that such styles didn't suit him, she was adamant on wearing outfits that she liked.

His dark eyes were covered with glasses since Bai Yulin thought it could lower his sense of presence but instead- it was heightened more!

Murmurs and whispers were heard as Bai Yulin and Ji Haishan walked towards the grocery area. They tried to ignore them but their ears were actually perking up.

Ji Haishan liked how he and Bai Yulin were automatically seen as a couple. His smile was wide and unrestrained. At the same time, Bai Yulin was secretly proud of Ji Haishan's look. Many people praised his handsome face and she marveled at the fact that she was the woman closest to him right now.

Both of them reveled at their own thoughts as they went around hearing compliments from mob characters.

Arriving at the grocery area, Bai Yulin saw the meat section not too far from them. She looked at Ji Haishan and he nodded.

For three hours, they needed to buy all 40 ingredients that were listed. To make it fair, Ji Haishan and Bai Yulin separated 20 ingredients for each.

Bai Yulin was just about to go to the meat section when her hand was tugged by Ji Haishan. She turned to face him and asked "Yeah?"

"Remember to never lose sight of me." he said as he stared into his own original face which seemed more laid back and classy today.

"Don't worry, I won't ever lose sight of you." Bai Yulin smiled. She loved seeing her own green eyes staring into her. It felt as if Ji Haishan's focus was solely on her.

"Oh God, you heard that? They don't want to lose sight of each other!"

"Kyaaaa~"

The murmurs from passerbys caused Bai Yulin and Ji Haishan's faces to turn red. They instinctively turned away from one another, feeling very exposed.

The two of them immediately let go of their hands while clearing their dry throats. Ji Haishan and Bai Yulin held one cart each and they began to separate ways in order to look for the things in their list.

When he saw Bai Yulin on the other section, picking some fresh meat, Ji Haishan smiled and looked for some vegetables. He picked up onions, garlic, several eggplants, potatoes and carrots. In between his actions, he always turned around to see Bai Yulin in his line of sight where he also saw her doing the same.

They smiled towards each other affectionately and little did they know that someone was recording their cute interaction.

When they already finished half of the list, they found that it took one hour and a half. So another half of the list should be done within time.

They moved from the area and went searching for dry ingredients. Bai Yulin took some bread and a cocoa spread. She also took some British-styled biscuits that were famously delicious.

Ji Haishan went looking for some fruits. He took some bananas and kiwis. He also got some apples. Then, Bai Yulin went around another aisle to look for some fresh milk.

She looked back to see Ji Haishan who was preoccupied with looking for only the best apples. He was picking them one by one and she couldn't help but grin. He was so meticulous.

Thinking that he would take some time, she went farther into the other aisle to look for the milk.

'Low-fat milk.. pastured.. ah there!' Bai Yulin's eyes brightened up as she saw the kind of dairy product she was looking for.

She reached for it easily since this body was taller. Bai Yulin then took two bottles of milk. But as she turned around, she saw she was far from Ji Haishan.
