But Bai Yulin wouldn't let herself become unconscious. There was no telling what might happen if she closed her eyes for just one second. She was afraid of that possibility.

"Get your filthy hands off me." Bai Yulin growled against the men when they tried to keep her hands in place. When she warned them, Ji Haishan's cold and deep voice became even more endearing and prominent, causing the men to stop midway.

They wondered if they should still do it or not. When they held him in check just now for the first document, 'Ji Haishan' wasn't this aggressive. Even the look of his eyes were more nerve-wrecking now.

He clenched and unclenched his two fists. His face was making an expression that was never seen before.

Even Ji Ye Qiu was surprised. How could a dainty woman like 'Bai Yulin' make that kind of expression?

"You've gone too far.." Ji Haishan's voice became hard. Not so angelic and definitely a murderous intent was lacing underneath it.

Ji Ye Qiu could feel the atmosphere turning cold. He didn't know why but he was slightly afraid by this woman! Even his two men were flinching away.

Bai Yulin who finally saw the person she wanted to see the most, breathed in relief and smiled to herself. Her body that she didn't know was so tensed, slowly becoming relaxed.

Ji Haishan let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. Only after hearing from the doctor did he feel reassured. He nodded and said his thanks to the doctor.

Gao Li Bai came back after making another phone call as he said to 'Bai Yulin' "Ms. Bai, boss will be transferred to the VVIP room a few floors up. Why don't you accompany him there?"

Ji Haishan looked at his assistant and slowly nodded. Gao Li Bai was very efficient, he should reward the man later.
