Clearing his throat, Ji Haishan made known to Bai Yulin several rules that needed to be followed when living together with him.

They included household chores and taking care of hygiene. Before, there was always a housekeeper coming here every day to clean but now that Bai Yulin was also living here, he didn't want to call for a housekeeper, it would only risk their relationship out in the open.

Less people knew, the better.

Bai Yulin agreed. She could take care of chores but she wondered why he didn't mention about cooking. Then, he mentioned to her that he would be the one cooking or she could just buy food from outside for herself.

This made her wonder if her cooking two days ago really was bad.. Bai Yulin was always confident with her skills.

"Um.. I have a question." she said as she made a 'raise a hand' gesture. Ji Haishan looked at her.

"Why do you bother to ask to cook for me too?" she asked, curious. She thought people like him wouldn't care about whether she eat or not.

"Haven't you heard that cooking for two isn't as harder than for one? The food isn't wasted that way." he said with a straight face, like it was obvious.

"Anyway, you'd do the chores so it's my responsibility to feed you so that you do your part well. Don't take it the wrong way." he said, still with crossed arms.

Bai Yulin had no choice but to nod slowly.

"So to do this, you'll have to try and change your schedule. We have a lot to talk about now." said Ji Haishan as he stood up and went to get his laptop in the study.

Then he came back again and began typing. After some waiting, a notification arrived, it was from his assistant, Gao Li Bai.

As always, his assistant was good and efficient at his job. With just a bit of instructions, Gao Li Bai had already compiled everything regarding Bai Yulin's bio and work schedule that supposedly only Li Rou knew.

"Hm.." he hummed as he read through what he got.

Ji Haishan touched his own chin, thinking. The way he looked as he was deep in thought was somehow cool. It made Bai Yulin's heart race when she saw herself so serious all of a sudden.

"You'll have to change your schedule so that you can come home everyday, Bai Yulin. No more far photoshoot places and outstations." he said.

Bai Yulin was surprised "But- why?"

Ji Haishan sighed "Listen, you and I are no longer normal. We're in another body, what do you expect? If you take a lot of jobs at this point- who's the one that has to do it in your place? It's me, me!" he stressed the word 'me' twice.

He later explained "The same goes for me. I can't go around with this body and walk into my meeting room like I've always done. We'll risk suspicion and we'll risk rumors going around about our relationship. Besides, who's going to believe us if we say we've switched bodies? Our conversation got filtered once. It's one of the conditions, remember? That we can't tell anyone about our real identity and about the game."

Bai Yulin felt like she was listening to a certain lecturer's class. The lecture was always her favorite because she liked how the professor explain things and that the theory didn't sound difficult. And Ji Haishan was just like that.

Bai Yulin nodded a few times as if she truly understood. She realized how much of a decisive man Ji Haishan was. He always analyzed the situation well no matter what happened.

As expected of a prominent young master and a business tycoon.

"In this case, we'll have to switch roles. Even if I dread you acting like me in my company- I can't help it no matter what I do." Ji Haishan said in disdain, his face was that of a cold snarl.

Bai Yulin sat there with sweat trickling down her forehead.

Why did it suddenly sound as if it was her fault?

"So what are we going to do now..?" she asked, feeling rather gloomy.

"We don't know when this stupid game is going to be cleared so we have to be prepared. We have to always mind our mannerisms and actions. We're not ourselves anymore. You're me now, and I'm you. We can't risk it." he said in all seriousness.

"Remember the conditions? If we break them then we'll receive more penalties. We can't afford that. We need to win this game as quickly as possible." added Ji Haishan.

"I understand.." Bai Yulin nodded as a small sigh escaped her lips.

This sounded like a dream.. a long and tiring one.

"Well.. if that's so then we'll just have to wait for further tasks to be given.. by that stickman." Bai Yulin didn't know what to call the weird doll so 'stickman' would do.

"Yes." Ji Haishan nodded, putting his laptop on the table.

"Now let me show you around. Make sure you don't get lost after this tour or else.." he trailed off, making Bai Yulin flinch slightly.

"Or else what..??" she ran up to him when he began walking away.

Ji Haishan didn't answer. He deliberately scared her to see her reaction and like he expected, she was a bit afraid of his threats. He chuckled lowly and walked ahead of her, leaving Bai Yulin behind, who was now a nervous wreck.

When he noticed she didn't follow after him, he turned around and asked what was wrong. Bai Yulin immediately shook her head and waved her hands, telling him nothing was amiss. She looked kind of flustered.

Ji Haishan didn't dwell on it so he left her behind while Bai Yulin stood there- face a little red. She heard him chuckle just now. She did! And for some reason, she could hear her own voice becoming deep and magnetic. As if the one chuckling wasn't her original body but Ji Haishan's.

She couldn't believe it but when she saw her own face that Ji Haishan now wore, she became so caught up with his every little expression. As if she was truly interested. She became extra attentive towards Ji Haishan's personality and it somehow made her curious about him and his life.

She began to form an idea to learning more about him..

'W- well! I need to know him better if I'm about to act as him in the future!' Bai Yulin reprimanded herself, still blushing.
