Prologue ML

At such a young age of eight, Aubrey Lee had started to live in destitution even in his large, crystal-like house that was easier called the main mansion of Lee family. He was not some boy from a branch family, he was a second grandson of the chairman of Lee Group.

For his first eight years of his life, everything was picture perfect. He had a family that was loving and caring, living as a family of four with his mother, father and brother who was older than him by nine years. What happened when he was eight was enough to kill his innocent mind and soul. Leaving him totally alone without his parents anymore. And he was left broken as a boy.

His wings were cut off to prevent himself from running away. His eyes were closed from the color of the world. And his neck, since then on.. was put a deadly choker on as a monitor to control his entire life. Like a living doll without its purpose and a bird without its wings. Aubrey learned the hard way to continue moving on while his soul had nothing to offer. But he still chose to try one last time, to free himself. And he succeeded. Thus marking the meeting of fate that led him towards his saviour and his light, Lucy Kim.
