CHAPTER 45

"Prince Lucien!"

Turning around, the young prince of the Lastoval Kingdom stops in his tracks and waits for the little boy who calls him just now. He has soft burgundy hair that follows the movements of his head. He also has chubby cheeks and a pair of onyx eyes. It was Prince Astria, the Crown Prince of the Vastia Kingdom.

"Prince Lucien, where did you go?" The little boy immediately asked. "You promised to play with me today."

"Did I?" Prince Lucien asked him back. "Then maybe I accidentally forgot it."

"You are always saying that."

Prince Astria pouts his lips and grumbles saying he is not doing his promises. But Prince Lucien did not try to coax him. In truth, he wants to do nothing about this young prince. He is not interested in making friends with him.

"But where did you go, Prince Lucien?" Prince Astria curiously asked.

"...I went to visit the young duke's daughter." Prince Lucien honestly replied.
