When they were in the elevator going upstairs, Li Yao couldn't help but get nervous. She was alright when in the car earlier because of Mu Lihai but now she had to face many people in public while minding her distance with him. It wasn't hard to do it but she was just about to become comfortable again after the kidnapping incident.

Li Yao didn't feel reassure if Mu Lihai wasn't close to her.

Sensing her trouble, Mu Lihai did nothing but held her hand tigther. Li Yao faced him afterwards and she sighed a breather.

"It's fine. Everything will be fine." he said to her.

"Thank you." Li Yao nodded slightly as she took a deep breath. She would make sure not to make close contact with suspicious men.
