Crown Prince is in Danger

Ten years has passed and Min Ji is now a renowned doctor. Even though she is a lady from Goryeo, many noble families still ask for her service as a doctor and they pay a really handsome amount. Min Ji at first thought she does not need money but she came up with a plan. She needs money in order to find out those who behind the death of her mother.

With her reputation, she easily got promoted as a Royal Physician. She directly attends to the Royal family including Ta Hwan.

"Doctor Kim Min Ji, the crown prince is not feeling well again!" said the nurse who was summoned by Eunuch Jang.

"What?! What is his problem? I've only been back here in the Royal Palace for five days and he was always not feeling well! What is it this time?" Min Ji feels annoyed because she feels like Ta Hwan is making her his personal slave doctor.

"Doctor please don't talk like that! If someone hears you, we will be both beheaded!" the nurse is indeed afraid. She knows the relationship between the Crown Prince and Doctor Kim Min Ji is special but what she said is really disrespectful. This reaction just made Min Ji rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"Why can't you attend to him? Why do you need me? I am sure it is just another headache or stomachache! Have you learned nothing when you were studying?" Min Ji annoyance now is averted to the nurse.

The nurse bow her head and said, "It was Eunuch Jang who asked me to call you not the Prince. The Prince is really not feeling well. He was lying on his bed unmoving and sweating. Pain is evidently written all over his face!" It's as if the nurse is calling out for her help.

Min Ji face turned serious and she went to Ta Hwan's room. She was greeted by Eunuch Jang with a worried face.

"Doctor Kim, I know that you are the best doctor in the palace. Moreover, the prince only wants you to diagnose and cure him. Please help him!" Eunuch Jang said.

"I will do my best!" Min Ji said reassuring him.

Kim Min Ji walks toward Ta Hwan bed and confirmed that he is indeed not looking well. "Your Highness, how are you feeling?" she asked him.

"Min Ji! I told them not to call you! You should not see me like this!" Ta Hwan statement annoyed her again.

"Are you kidding me right now?! When you are feigning sickness you call for me, now that you're really ill you don't want to call for my help?! What madness is that?!" Min Ji voice rung in the whole room. This is not the first time they hear her talk to the prince like that so they can't reprimand her. She's too precious to the prince.

Ta Hwan laugh out loud. This is really the girl that he likes, no doubt about that! Everyone in the room are surprised though, the prince is really mad. How can he laugh now when he is not feeling well.

"You win, Doctor Kim. Fine check me and make a dignosis" Ta Hwan said with adoration on his face.

Min Ji made a thorough check up and her diagnosis made everyone fear for their life.

"I'm afraid the Prince's life is in danger." Kim Min Ji said seriously.
