7 CHAPTER 6

Arhaan wrapped his arm around her and placed her in his lap . She was petite , it wasn’t difficult for him .Hoor was shocked by sudden movement , she looked at him wide eyed and placed her hands on his chest.

Her cheeks were turning bright red and tears were ready to flow. Arhaan cupped her cheek and whispered "its okay ,its okay “he said pulling her closer. Hoor hid her face in his neck ,she wanted a break from her inner conflict .

Arhaan soothed her for sometime and then pulled his plate forward . Hoor finally remembered their position and tried to get up but he held her still. Her cheeks were now red with some other reason .for her, his closeness was comforting , but there was also fear of losing , of being hurt again behind it .

Arhaan impaled a piece of fruit in his fork and took it near her mouth . When she didnt open her mouth , he gave her a stern look .she finally opened her mouth relaxing in his lap .

He started feeding her and eating his own food . After 2 3 bites, he fed her some pancake. Hoor was expecting herself not being able to eat it .but nothing happened . She could actually enjoy the taste . After a bite , she gave him a big smile .

Arhaan's heart stopped seeing her smile so beautifully .but he didnt understand the change in her emotions , but he was happy seeing her smiling . He decided to let it go . She wasn't able to eat much , she had very small appetite .Arhaan didnt force her , but he knew what he needed to go .

He cleaned her mouth with napkin and placed her on sofa again .he got ready , Hoor was helping him with small things , like getting a tie for him. Getting his phone , choosing his watch and sunglasses .Arhaan was happy to have her around him .

Before going , he placed a kiss on her forehead "do what you enjoy and take care of yourself .tell Mary if you need anything " he said and left .it was new for both of them , Hoor wasn’t giving it much thought .she was trying to keep her walls strong but was failing miserably .he had started making place in her heart .

Arhaan felt like he was leaving his heart at home when he left. He didnt even know how their relationship was changing so fastly . He ordered Mary to serve healthy snacks to her in between meals .

In evening , he reached home and saw Hoor at the poolside . He changed his clothes and went to her . He had no plan of going out that night .

Around 7 pm, the dinner was served . He also had the habit of eating dinner early , so that it would be digested before sleeping .Arhaan sighed seeing her stop eating after some bites .

"Eat more , Hoor "he said .

" I will get uglier if I get fat " she said and Arhaan 's brows pulled together on a frown .

He held her face in his hands and said in a serious voice " uglier ? I don't want to hear you speaking like this about yourself again .you are beautiful ." He said , his every action showing that how much he believed it . She had heard many people calling her beautiful in last few months , but it didnt matter . She couldn’t believe them .the words she had heard about her ugliness throughout her life , she couldn’t forget them.

" and you wont get fat . Not that it would make you any less beautiful. I want you healthy . You weigh much less than you should . Still if you worried about it , you can do exercise with me in morning." He said and Hoor agreed . They went for a walk after dinner . The servants had left for their quarters after dinner .

Arhaan learnt that she wasn’t anywhere like her family . Her talks , her body language , her actions , everything told that she was really innocent . Her wholehearted smiles always got to him.

At night , they were watching a movie in bed , Hoor had chosen harry potter . She slept before the movie ended .she was leaning against him , Arhaan had no plan of pushing her away . He dimmed the lights and laid down. Hoor was practically half laying on him, not that it bothered him .

He had one arm under her head , he wrapped his other arm also around her waist ." My beautiful angel " he said remembering her word ugly . He knew that she actually believed and wasn’t only fishing for compliments like many girls .He closed his eyes , thinking about the girl which was laying her arms .
