33 Zen and Javi's love

Javi suddenly realized something and pulled back from the hug. 

She made a confusing face with her eyebrows knitted and asked Zen. 

"By the way, how did you know that I was in that cafe?" 

He immediately pulled back his arms which were wrapped around her waist and coughed as he wasn't sure what to do now.

She raised her brow and he knew that she was waiting for his answer but he continued to look down as nothing came into his mind to get out of this situation. 

An idea suddenly came into his mind and he blurted it out without thinking much. 

"I was just passing by." 

He said while looking straight at her eyes but just then averted his gaze immediately as he didn't want her to find out his lie. 

She pushed him a little here and there and forced him to look at her but he continued avoiding her and this made her more pissed off and she yelled at him 

"Do you expect me to believe this? It's clearly a lie. Now tell me the truth. How did you get there and who told you?" 

He lied to her that he was just passing by but Javi immediately caught his lie. She thought that even if Zen was just passing by how would he get to know that Javi was in that cafe and that she was with a boy? A thought hit her mind and she realized that her brother, Kay was also with him. 

She was aware of her brother's possessive nature and she realized that he was jealous by seeing Zila with Jude, so Kay wanted to take Zila away from there and didn't want her to meet Jude but he also knew that he didn't have any right to do so. That's why he told Zen. Zen also got jealous and then both of them came to take their wives away from there. 

She chuckled when she understood the situation but she wanted Zen to tell her all this. So she forced him to look at her and asked him with a daring look. He tried to ignore her but when she yelled at him directly, he wasn't able to do anything and blurted out everything in front of her. He also realized that she get to know everything and was a little happy because of his wife's cleverness but at the same time, he was scared a little bit. What will she do after knowing the truth?

"Your brother messaged me. That message had a picture of you along with that boy and girl and the address of that cafe. When I saw the pictures, I got really jealous and wasn't able to stop myself and went straight to that cafe. Your brother was already standing outside so we went inside together."

Just as he said that he became scared and was expecting her to scold him but instead of doing anything like that she smiled at him. That made him even more shocked and scared at the same time. He thought that she was giving him a smile on purpose as she was planning something really bad and dangerous. 

The silence in the room was making him nervous and then suddenly she started laughing. His eyes widened in confusion but he soon joined her and also smiled. 

Javi was happy as she realized that her brother was jealous because he loved Zila too much and that they will be together again soon. 

She said in between her laughter and Zen also laughed a little 

"My brother was jealous. Awwww." 

He tried to think why Kay got jealous and asked Javi with confusion written all over his face. 

Just then, Javi thought of explaining everything to Zen and she started saying with a big bright smile plastered on her lips. 

"You saw the girl that was sitting beside me, right?" 

She asked in excitement and Zen nodded while she continued 

"She is my sister in law, Kay's wife. 

His mouth widened when he heard that but didn't say anything and let Javi continue. 

"But because of some misunderstandings, they aren't together anymore. My brother still loves her and he is very possessive of her. So he didn't want to see her with Jude so that's why he also took you with him as he didn't have the right to come and take Zila by himself." 

Zen nodded his head vigorously when he understood everything and laughed a little at first but when he realized that he was used as a scapegoat by Javi's brother, he rolled his eyes in a playful manner. 

Both of them were laughing when Javi's phone buzzed and she pulled it out of her purse while walking towards the door. It slipped out of her hand when Zen was dragging her. 

She checked the notifications and she saw that there were four messages from her assistant telling her to go to the meeting. 

She sighed as she didn't want to leave and wanted to spend some time with Zen but work was also important so she turned back and said to Zen 

"I am so sorry, I have to go now. There is a meeting which I have to attend." 

She said and picked up her bag not caring for his reply but he became really sad when she said that she is going to leave.

He wanted to spend time with her so that he can get to know her more but here she was going to leave again. 

He shook his head in disapproval and quickly took long strides towards her. 

Within a second, he was just in front of her and took the phone from her hand. 

Luckily the phone didn't have a password and he easily opened the phone with one swipe, he dialed her assistant number from her contact list and brought the phone close to his ear. 

She was shocked and didn't know how to react when he took her phone and dialed her assistant's number. After two rings a masculine voice was heard and Zen immediately said to him 

Javi's assistant - Hello! 

Zen - Hey! Your boss will not attend any meetings today, cancel all of her meetings. And I am her husband!

Javi's assistant - Okay Sir! 

Her assistant smirked internally as Javi never canceled any meeting before but today she was canceling all of her meetings because of her husband. 

He immediately said a yes before hanging up the call as he didn't want to offend her husband. Zen smiled before hanging up the call and turned to look at his surprised wife. 

He chuckled when he saw her face and he felt like he fell in love with her again. 

Her surprised look was really adorable and admirable and he was about to fall in her deep eyes when she yelled at him 

"Why did you?" 

"Because I wanted to spend some time with you." 

He said while shrugging and made it look like it wasn't a big deal. This made Javi quite angry and she was about to yell at him when her phone buzzed again which was still in Zen's hand. 

He was about to open the phone when Javi quickly snatched it and saw the message which brought a little smile on her face.

Assistant :

Ma'am, don't worry I will handle everything. You can just enjoy!

Her cheeks flushed red when she read that and she thought for a while what he meant by "enjoy" but then she sighed and went over to sit on the bed. Zen also followed her and sat

beside her. Her shoulders touched his side and his continuous gaze on her made her bit her lower lip. She facepalmed herself as she felt helpless and Zen blurted out

"I love you!" 

She ran her fingers through her hair as she felt more and more helpless in front of her husband and finally said to him 

"I love you too!" 

His heartbeat fastened as his cheek flushed red. He wasn't expecting anything like that from her but when she said to him he felt really happy and felt like he was the happiest man in this world. He got everything he needed and this was more than enough for him. He pushed her towards himself and again hugged her so tight that it was hard to breathe for her but he wasn't willing to let go even for a second, so she also let him do what he wanted as he was her husband now. 

"What am I gonna do with you?" 

He chuckled and she shook her head which was resting on his shoulder. His face just beside her ear and she felt his breath on her ear which caused a shiver to run down her spine. Her smile never leaving her face as she was feeling quite happy.
