"I am not talking to the guy that ignored me all day. Get out of here."

Zila shouted at Kay who was standing across the opposite side of the room.

"I'm so sorry, babe. I wasn't ignoring you. I just was too busy. I promise I'll make it up to you."

Zila looked at him while still folding her arms on her chest and pouting. "What are you even doing here? I don't need you."

She got up from the bed and was just about to leave when Kay held her wrist and pushed her towards him. She lost her balance and fell on Kay's lap.

Her eyes widened, and she glared at Kay only to make him smirk at this.

Zila then felt two arms snake around her waist, only to find Kay pulling her towards himself so that her hands were now on his chest.

They both were looking each other in the eyes with full of love and anticipation.

Kay then looked at her with pleading eyes and said. "I am sorry, babe. I promise it won't ever happen again."

Zila simply sighed, "Ugh, okay fine. I mean, why do you have to be so cute whej you're apologizing?"

Kay's smile widened while Zila chuckled.

She said cupping his big face in her delicate hands, making Kay pout, which in turn, only made her laugh.

"I love you, Kay."

"I love you too Zila."

They both looked at each other, remembering that specific scene but Zila got angry and pushed him off of her with all her might.

After some time, she finally succeeded, and Kay was starting to get even more desperate.

"Zila, please, could you just listen to my explanation?"

"I don't want to. Take me home this instant."

She ordered him, making him look at her with a look of guilt and sorry in his eyes.

On the old Zila, that would've definitely worked, but not anymore.

"Can't you just listen to me once. Please." Kay pleaded.

Zila shook her head in disapproval and said, "I am not in the right mood to listen to you. Take me home, and we can talk some other day."

"But..."

Kay tried to speak, but Zila stopped him, "Now."

She maintained her death glare.

He looked at her for one last time before sighing and exiting the car. He made his way back to the driving seat and sat down before adjusting his seat belt.

He looked at Zila again before saying, "I know one thing that can't change no matter what you say. The fact that YOU. ARE. MINE."

"You -

Before she could even reply, Kay turned on the engine and started driving.

During all of this, Zila was going through an emotional roller coaster. All of the emotions that she felt the day Kay kicked her out of the house had come flooding back to her. Some tears rolled down her cheeks, but she quickly wiped them away so she didn't seem weak, especially in front of Kay, even though it was getting harder and harder to control her emotions.

There was complete silence. No one said anything. But one thing was for sure, they both felt extreme guilt.

Kay was driving the car while holding the steering wheel as hard as he can.

He was sweating profusely, not only from what Zila had said but also because it was true.

He told himself, "What should I do? I can't let something like that happen again otherwise I won't be able to control myself. I love her. I still do. And I won't let her leave me, ever!

She has to come back with me whether she likes it or not. I will make her fall in love with me again. Don't worry Zila just one month and you will be back with me. Until then I will make sure that you are far away from those boys. And if anyone will dare to come near you I will simply kill that guy. "

When all hope was lost, why was Kay feeling so hopeful?

He told himself that he'd find a way to get Zila back, and if anyone dared get in the way, they'd be no exception to his wrath.

Zila on the other hand, had her own thoughts. "Why did he even take me here? What did he want to say? Does he think I'm some kind of pushover that he can force to do whenever he wants? Once I get home, I will file for a divorce. I don't care if I still love him, it'd be best if I kept my distance, and by doing this, it also upholds my pride. And one thing is definitely for certain, I am absolutely NEVER getting back with him
