Childhood reunion

When Rei mentioned that her mother is no other than Aunt Reina, I was surprised by the revelation that was revealed to me.

Although my shock did not last that long when I remembered about my mother mentioning that Aunt Reina had another child a year later after we have left for Tokyo when both of them still kept tabs with one another.

"Ah, so you are the third child of Aunt Reina. Then it's a pleasure to meet you, Rei." I offered a handshake with a sincere smile, hoping to get along with another member of the Amakusa family.

"The pleasure is all mine, Big Brother Hiro!!" Rei returned the gesture wholeheartedly with a wide smile of her own.

"So, how's your family?" I inquired as I'm interested in the Amakusa's well-being, especially my childhood friends, Rin and Ren.

"Aside from Big Sis Rin and Big Brother Ren bickering almost every single day, then we're happy and okay!!" Rei maintained her cheerful persona. I could not help but be absorbed by the merriment that this young girl is emitting.

Indeed, I can already sense that she is a genuinely good girl and I swear to God that I would protect her from any harmful elements that would threaten her every being.

"So... Uncle and Auntie couldn't resist in making passionate love with one another once more. So much for birth-control, I supposed." I shook my head in a jesting manner, imagining that perverted bastard bagging Aunt Reina in their union of producing the offspring that is right in front of me.

"Passionate love?" Rei tilted her head in confusion, emphasizing her innocence befitting for a child such as herself.

"It's nothing, don't mind the nonsensical ramblings of your Big Brother" I waved my hand in dismissal, hoping that she would disregard my statement.

Me and my damn big mouth.

If Aunt Reina asked, then by God's mercy would I be probably spared from almost corrupting her daughter's mind. That and she's too precious to be harmed. So yeah, I'm going to protect her from drug addicts, child molesters, bullies, keyboard warrior fanatics, etc, etc, etc.

"Rei Amakusa… I see. I'm relieved that Aunt Reina raised you to be a respectful child from what I have seen so far, unlike that airhead who you call your sister." I nodded in acknowledgment with Rei's cheerful introduction, giving her an adequate amount of respect with a quaint smile.

"You mean Big Sis Rin? Yeah, she had her quirky moments, and Big Brother Ren is annoyed at her every day, especially on who gets to use the bathroom first." Rei answered cheerfully, radiating an aura of sunshine that even I can't help but be engaged.

It's official, if anyone is going to hurt this child in any way, then the bastards better pray to any Gods that they worship for mercy, for I won't be the one providing it.

With our introductions all covered up, I then asked Rei to escort me to her home. Sure, I know where the Amakusa residence is, but encouraging the young girl to guide me will improve her sense of independence and self-assurance. Meaning, she'll be encouraged to take on multiple tasks and will undoubtedly spell great benefits in her overall character growth.

Rei happily obliged and lead the way with me following behind. I also took the time to see the sights of what this subdivision complex has to offer.

If I recall correctly, this neighborhood is known as the Teien district. From the kanji itself, it literally means Garden and the word certainly does the place justice as it resembles a beautiful and peaceful paradise. Just by being here, I can't help but feel the tranquility of the neighborhood. All around the neighborhood, I observed an abundance of trees and different kinds of flowers that added to the pleasing ambiance of the entire area. If anyone would say that they don't want to live here, then they may be either a nature-hating ass or a liar.

While the two of us are walking, Rei, in her constant cheerful demeanor, babbled nonstop in her child-like glory. She talked about some of her experiences in her daily life like being accompanied by her two siblings when she went to her elementary school. The elementary school is a part of the subdivision complex and a project generously gifted by the Rurasa Government around three years ago hosted personally by the Vice-Mayor.

It was quite surprising and refreshing that Rei is knowledgeable in these kinds of things, especially in matters related to the government. Most children would only talk about their favorite games or other things that they partake in their childish endeavors but Rei is a bit different from your average kid. I was genuinely impressed by this girl's attitude and if she continues like this, then her future unquestionably will be bright.

Eventually, we have arrived at our designated location, a two-story western-style home located north-east from the subdivision entrance. Upon gazing at the familiar structure of the Amakusa household, a smile unconsciously assumed my face as I reminisced my childhood right here.

"Here it is Big Brother." Rei presented the house with a huge grin.

"Yep, and it appears nothing has changed."

With Rei on the lead again, the young girl rang the bell from the gates so that we may finally enter. After a few minutes, no one is answering and both of us have come to a single conclusion.

"Ah, then they must be out, Big Brother, since it's school day. I was dismissed earlier due to some event at our school and mother is probably at the market. But no worries!! I have the key to the house."

Rei indeed was a reassuring presence when she took out the said item from her pocket and unlocked the gate. When we took the step inside, the familiar area of the front yard greeted my very eyes. This is one of the places where the Amakusa twins and I would play, especially during the summer where we took out the garden hose and begun playing with water to our heart's content by spraying it with one another happily.

"Big Brother."

I shook off my momentary pause when Rei called me from the door that she already unlocked.

"Oh, my bad. I'll be there in a moment."

After composing myself, I rejoined Rei in leading me to the interiors of the household.

The inside of the house is what you expect in a typical Japanese home, but this is where I accumulated some precious memories of my childhood, so it's absolutely a special place in my heart.

"It's good to be back," I muttered under my breath with a sense of felicity being shrouded in my faculties.

As much as I want to explore the whole house, I'm feeling exhausted from the journey. That, and it would be rude to do so without most of the owners around. I remembered this house having a guest room, so I asked Rei to lead me to the room. She happily granted my request and I was brought to the second floor where we arrived in front of the room door.

After opening the door, Rei deemed that I was now to be left alone so I can rest properly.

"If there's anything you need Big Brother, I'll be in the living room watching TV." She told me before leaving me to my own devices.

I nodded in response and saw her departing the area. With me now being alone, I took the time to observe the room that I will be staying starting today onward. The room is simple in design, with a comfortable bed, a small desk with a mirror where I can study my lessons, and a window near the bed. The room is also equipped with an air-conditioner, so comfort will not be a problem here.

Since I'm feeling rather tired, I decided that it would be best to take a small nap before going back once more to memory lane.

One thing is for sure, I can feel that from this day forth, things are about to get interesting. I'm not sure exactly why I'm feeling this sort of thing, but my gut told me to just get along with it.

Meeting new friends or maybe rivals, joining a club, or if by God's blessing, an attractive lover.

The possibilities are definitely endless.

With a positive mindset, I succumb to my exhaustion, diving forth in the realm of unconsciousness for some good slumber.

And just like that, I now feel refresh after having woken up from my nap. I then verified my smartphone to check the time and how many hours have passed since then. I saw that it was already 5:02 pm.

"I must be asleep for at least two hours."

Deciding that it's time to fix myself up, I head to one of the two bathrooms of the house, the one located on the same floor that I'm at. Since I know every corner of the place, given my experience here during childhood, it won't be a problem to maneuver myself around here with ease. If my memory serves me right, the bathroom from here is located just nearby across the hallway.

As I exited my room, the staircase is the first sight that greeted me which lead to the first floor. I immediately spot the bathroom door as soon as I turn my head to the left.

As I was about to go to the bathroom, however, I heard the sound of its door opening.

"Ren, get your lazy ass here!!! I'm done with the bathroom!!!"

Emerging from the bathroom door inside is a young woman with short orange hair who is about my age.

And not just any woman though.

A naked woman.

Well, not completely. Her proportionate and well-endowed body is covered by a white bath towel, emphasizing her every curve that I can't help but be mesmerized. Not to mention, her ample breasts.

Of course, it didn't take too long for her to notice me, given that I was practically right in front of her.

And as what you expect, she assumed a horrified expression, no doubt thinking that I'm some sort of pervert who barged right into her home unannounced.

If I'm not mistaken, then this must be Rin and she has grown rather splendidly if I dare say so myself. The years are certainly kind to her and she has been nurtured into an attractive young lady worthy of attention.

Judging by her look, it seemed that she doesn't recognize me? Didn't Aunt Reina or maybe Rei told them beforehand?

As much as I want nothing more than to ogle her alluring figure all day, now is not the time to do so. If I don't resolve the issue here quickly, then things would get hectic around here just because of some damn misunderstanding.

In the meantime, I decided to…

- Explain my situation to her calmly. (Diplomatic)

- Ease her down by cracking a humorous comment. (Comical)

- Attempt to quiet her down. (Aggressive)

Taking a deep breath to calm my nerves, I decided that it would be best to reason with her.

"Before you come up to any conclusions, Rin, I have a reasonable explanation for my presence here. You see, I-"

"YAAAHH!!!! PERVERT!!!!!"

I merely sighed in return as things are about to get hectic here no doubt. Apparently, my voice of reason has failed me this time around. Hopefully, the situation won't get any worse as I don't want any unnecessary misunderstandings that would destroy any relationship and trust going on between myself and the Amakusa family.

<If Comical option was chosen>

A good old witty statement never failed to ease any tension going on. So, with a thumbs up, I said to her.

"Sexy!! It appears that you got some good genes from Auntie, Rin."

We both remained quiet for a good duration and the woman herself certainly was flabbergasted by my statement that came out of nowhere. However, it did not serve to improve the situation, not even a bit. As a result, the woman screamed.

"YAAAHH!!!! PERVERT!!!!"

Yup, this is definitely my dumbest moment up to date, the last one was the time where I prank the student council treasurer in my previous school by dying her hair pink while she was asleep. Of course, I ended up being beaten badly to the face but her reaction was definitely worth it. Wait, why I am thinking about this?

Oh right, naked chick, 12 o clock.

Taking a step forward to assert my dominance, I said to her in a loud deep voice, hoping that she would get the message.

"Don't you dare scream, Rin!! I have a valid excuse as to why I'm here. Your little sister-"

Her face turned even more horrified than her initial reaction. Because I gave off the vibe of being ruthless and intimidating, fear instantly enveloped her, leading her to scream for help.

"YAAAHH!!!! PERVERT!!!!"

I simply shook my head in annoyance as the situation is about to get even more fuck up from this point forward. Perhaps initially coming off as intimidating was not the wisest choice and only serve to push into her thinking about me being a vile degenerate who is after her body.

If any misunderstanding is going to rise up in this unnecessary issue, then I must make sure to convey my case to the Amakusa family without any fear. After all, I did not do anything wrong and this woman is going to understand it one way or another.

With Rin's scream resonating all over the house, I heard the sound of footsteps growing stronger as it came from below. In a short while, a young man with a darker shade of orange hair appeared right at the staircase on my right. Given his close resemblance to Rin, then this man is no doubt….

"Ren."

The male twin of the siblings eyed at me dangerously with the intention to kill. I could feel the immense pressure and rage radiating around his presence. The feeling is undeniably being directed right in front of me. He must be thinking that I'm here to molest her sister or something, given the scenario that was played between me and Rin earlier.

"YOU FILTHY BASTARD!!!"

Without any wasted movement, Ren charged with his fist on the loose, ready to pummel me to the ground brutally without any hesitation.

If there's one thing that I thought at this very moment; this definitely was not what I had in mind when meeting the Amakusas for the first time in eight long years.

What a lovely childhood reunion...
