5 Chapter-5
Kashish pov:-
Our flight landed a few minutes ago and we are going to reach our destination in a few minutes.
Mom is getting really worried about Kriti, and she wants to reach Ayesha's house as soon as possible. I just came to India a few weeks ago to meet the most important person in my life. And I was happy to see that she was doing fine. And here I am in India again and I am worried sick about Kriti. God! That little devil saw me with her also, the one I came to see. But it's really heartbreaking that Kriti is ill. She used to be so cheerful. As I was thinking Arjun waves his hand in front of me. "Earth to K. We have reached. " I nod and we head towards the house.

Arjun pov:-
As we enter the house we saw Kriti sitting on the floor and playing.Ayan and Ayesha are seriously talking about something.
When she looked at us she squealed and come running towards us. Ayesha and Ayan come towards us. " What a surprise!!" Ayan says happily. Ayesha comes towards us and hugs us. She has tears in her eyes. She was looking like she would break down any time. We sat down and Ayan was telling us about Kristi's condition. She was sitting in dad's lap and playing with his suit. " I am so lucky, you guys came at the right time and I am very thankful for that. " Ayesha said..Mom narrowed her eyes at her." Don't be silly choti . Are you trying to separate me from my grandchild ." Mom says taking Kriti from dad.She hugs her close to her chest . " No,mom it's just that I am happy that you brought everyone with you and I am not going to leave you guys . You have stayed with me for a few days. " " Of course I came here to live for a few months and bhai, Khanna, and chikoo will also be living with us."
I rolled my eyes. She won't stop calling me baby boy. " Chikoo ..." Kriti asked with wide eyes. Oh!!no. "Yes , bbaby,chikoo ,you see I call your Achu ,chikoo . " Mom said . Kriti came towards me and started laughing. Every one where trying to control their laughter. Kriti started jumping to reach my height. "Achu, you are cho big ,...ha..ha ... But still gandma call you chikoo. " Kriti said in her baby tone. This devil understands everything. I took her in my arms before she could run away and started tickling her. I stopped before I tired her too much. It's not good for her . "Achu , come with me I will cho you my toys. " Kriti said . " Kriti ....wait , Arjun just came here , he must be tired. Let him rest for a while. ." Ayesha said . " It's fine Esha , I came here for Kriti ,it's not a problem. So shall we cupcake." I asked. Ayesha just sighed. Kriti turned towards Kashish . " 'K' , you won't come." Kriti asked cutely. But Kriti and Kashish would never be together. They always fight on something or other . But they love each other to death. " Oh! Come on!!I don't play with kids like you... pumpkin..."K said. Kriti poked her tongue towards him . " And even I won't play with you , because you are a monkey. " Kriti said . We ran from there before K could reach us . Kriti was taking me to her room . She was telling me that she was sharing her room with her friends. What ...!! Friends... She told that their going to Esha's fashion school. So they might be 18 or 19 I guess. When we entered her room, I saw girl who looked cute and beautiful.
She was sitting and writing something . " Peeti...." Kriti yelled. She jumped on her place and looked at us . " Peeti,look ,who has come to meet you....it's ,Achu...my boyfriend...." I chuckled when she introduced me as her boyfriend. Peeti came towards us and smiled at me. " Hi! I am Arjun Roy. Kriti's boyfriend . " I forwarded my hand . She shook my hand smiling. I waited for her to talk . But she didn't speak anything. " Achu , this is peeti , and she's my best friend . She can't peak ." Kriti said . I looked at Preeti surprised. Such a cute girl can't talk. It's very sad to listen. But still I smiled looking at her. She gestured me saying something but I couldn't get it. " Achu , she is telling that she's glad to meet you. " I smiled. " So , Preeti , shall we be friends.." I asked. Her eyes lit up . She grinned and nodded. Kriti ran to bring her toys while me and Preeti sat by the chairs. "So , is there anyone else in this room with you guys. " Preeti nodded . I asked as there were 3 beds in the room . " Oh , is it Kaira ( Ayan's sister.)" I asked . She nodded no. " Then..." . She gestured me saying that it's her best friend and she went to college. We chatted for a while. Ofcourse I was talking. It was hard for me to understand her at first but I got it any ways. She told that she couldn't go to college since she was having fever and Ayesha didn't allow her to go to college. As we were talking. Ari maa entered the room. " Hi Preeti." Ari maa came and gave her kiss on forehead. " So you guys had already met. It's good to see that you guys mingled with each other so easily. Or else Arjun hardly talks to any one. " I rolled my eyes. " Maa , we became really good friends , didn't we Preeti." I asked. Preeti nodded her head in agreement." Oh , that's good then, you children spend some time together but before that Preeti have the tablets , Ayesha sent these with me . " Preeti protested at first but took it any ways. I was amused by her cuteness. I excused my self later and went to my room.
It's really hard to believe that Kriti is having a problem with her heart , she's just a baby ,not even four I guess . And , Preeti , she's such a sweet girl but she couldn't talk . As I was thinking Ari maa entered my room . "What are you thinking Arjun? " She asked me . Nothing maa ,it's just that I feel bad for Preeti ." I said." Ari maa looks at me and sigh's . " Yeah, I know,poor child, but Preeti used to talk before , she lost her voice when she saw her father dieing infront of her. He died in a bomb blast." Maa said me. " So, are there any chances that she could get her voice back?" I asked. " Maybe or maybe not. Doctor's said that she could get her voice back but we just have to wait. " She said. At the same time , some lady entered my room with dinner in her hands. " Arjun ,meet Haritha,Preeti's mom and Hari , this is my other son Arjun. And I guess Ayesha already introduced you to Kashish." Mom said. "Of-course, and I must say your both son's really handsome." She said . I greeted her and she said that we came to India at right time.
I had my dinner and went to bed . We decided that day after tomorrow , would be the right day for Kriti to get operated . I sigh , every one is so worried. Especially , Ayesha and Ari maa . It's going to be a long day. And I just wish that Kriti could get over her illness as quickly as possible .

Anu's POV:-
I sigh as I cut the call . I had just informed Hari maa that I am going to stay at orphanage today. I sit down with other children to have my dinner. The owner of this NGO, Mrs.Shanti Varma is a very nice lady who is in her late 40' s . She and her husband had been taking care of this orphanage ever since they lost their child . From then Shanti mam always took care of us as her own child. She called me today and told me come to guide the children when they were collecting donations for the NGO. Tomorrow ,we would go to the park near by the orphanage . Some children would be performing and some would be collecting donations. Shanti mam wanted me to help the kids collecting donations while she looked after the children who were performing . I instantly agreed to it. I just love spending time with these cute Kids.
Hmm.....tomorrow is going to be a long day.............

Akash pov:- {Arjun's father}
I get up from my bed as I saw the clock showing 11 in the morning . I couldn't sleep last night. I was thinking about Kriti all night . She is really small and I had always adored her .For some reason I always thought that wife my came back in the form of Kriti.Cheesy I know but still ,I am so attached to her . After my wife left us, Arjun had stopped being the cheerful and mischievous kid we once knew. I had to be strong at least for my son . But deep down , I knew I was broken . I freshen up and leave for a walk without informing any one . I remember a park nearby ,where I use to go with Kriti.It's a very pleasant day and I could see the cloud's covering the sun from my view.
As I enter the park, I was greeted with children wearing white shirts every where . I read the name on their shirt written in bold letters as 'Sunshine orphanage' . Oh , so these children are orphans. My heart pains to see these children . But they seem to be happy. And I must say looking at their performance , I could see that they are talented .
I saw a girl who looked not more than 20. She's beautiful and cute.
And she was helping the children . Well, I am surprised, she's really kind and is patiently dealing with children with care. And I could see love for her in these children's eyes. I sigh and lead my way towards a bench. It's peaceful over here . All these years,I had busied myself in work. I stopped spending time with my son. And it made him more distinct from me . But Ari was always there for him. And Kashish too. As I was in my thoughts I saw the same girl that was with children infront of me.
