20 23.5. The Strange Diary of Nero Lucifer

[Note this is his Diary which he read briefly in chapter 23. I will later post a copy in the auxiliary chapters, and might update the diary from there.]

★ Diary of Nero Lucifer:

— My dear future self, you certainly won't remember most of the information contained in this notebook but know that all of them are true. No... you're not crazy, you actually wrote that. However, as I will lose my memories of my second life then I will no longer remember this information and consequently I will not remember having written it. Don't worry, I'll briefly write down some things that may be useful to you, use them wisely.

— I will also leave images and drawings related to the information to help in the future.

■ 0. Some useful information:

— The Biblic God is dead. Surprising right? The big one is gone. He perished in the fight against the Trihexa, the same beast our grandfather is planing to release in the world. Don't you think it's strange that the system of heaven has flaws? For example, half devils like Vali being able to wield sacred gear.

— The System of Heaven is now controled by the archangel Michael, so respect the guy he is afterall the current ruler of heavens.

— Since we will lose the memories of the second life, you will certainly be unable to use darkness magic through the human magic system because you no longer have the necessary knowledge. Look on the bright side, you can still use shadow magic, you learned it in childhood. I know you won't believe this until you suffer for the lack, so good luck when you accept the truth.

— The wizards of Oz might not be the most important wizard faction, but there are several researches regarding sacred gear that can be useful. Another important fact is that Glenda, the witch of the south and tutor of Lavinia Reni is not dead and is not good she deceived the student. Finally, know that the witch Augusta is able to change her body through a ritual of possession.

— The organization called Khaos Brigade will initially be founded by the alliance between Satanael with his Abyss Team and the Wizards of Oz, after their failure in the incident with Tobio Ikuse they will fall. Ophis, the Ouroboros Dragon, and the other factions will assume the mantle of the organization. Our dear grandfather will be very involved with this faction.

— Kokabiel is a jerk who will steal the fragments of the sacred sword Excalibur and use them to try to start a future War in the Japanese city of Kuoh in about 5 years.

— Some idiots from the Khaos Brigade and the Hero Faction are going to free the Dragon Eater Samael from his prison in Cocytos. It's good to come up with something to deal with the problem after all it will hurt the dragon god Ophis a lot causing her power to drop and lose the ability to grant the snakes that increase power. He is also dangerous for Vali who has a dragon type sacred gear let's be good brothers and help to solve that mess.

— E×E Machine Gods will invade in the future, do not relax under any circumstances. The strength of these Terminators is superior to even our strongest DxD being, Great Red.

— Kuoh City is going to be the epicenter of many problems in the near future and it's good to keep that in mind and maybe visit it. The two younger sisters of two siscon Devil Kings, the governor general of the Fallen Angels, and the Red Dragon Emperor reside there.

— Loki and Hades are gods who will betray others in the future. The first allying himself with Khaos Brigade and the second leading other gods in his Alliance of Hell. You don't have to try to be too friendly with these guys, only if it's beneficial.

— Reinvestigating the ruins of the Naberius family, Kuroka is innocent as she is aware, she will soon find evidence to exonerate her from her crime.

— Hindus are the most powerful pantheon of gods, don't mess with them if you can avoid conflict.

— Form a good relationship with the Youkai of Kyoto and if possible with the East faction as well. If you help when the hero faction attacks Kyoto to kidnap Yakasa, you can gain benefits if you are an ally and gain the trust of the future alliance of the three biblical factions, the D×D.

— Grandpa will resurrect many troublesome beings using the sacred gear of the vampire Valerie Tepes. If possible help her as soon as possible by rescuing her from Romania.

— Lucifer's book and our ancestor Lilith are in our grandfather's possession at the moment, after he is killed Hades will obtain both and use to create more strong devils.

2.1. Valerie Tepes: Longinus user of Sacred Gear Sephiroth Graal; main piece to my grandfather plan in reviving Evil Dragons and the main reason the Vampire Civil War was so troublesome. Two graals from the three are out of her body and being used by Rizevim. Her soul is unstable due to the lack of two graals.

2.2. Tobio Ikuse: Longinus user of Sacred Gear Canis Lycaon; important character for "Heavenly of Aloha incident" and Utsumemi Agency. Incident caused by Satanael and the Wizards of Oz.

2.3. Lavinia Reni: Longinus user of Sacred Gear Absolute Demise, important for Satanael and the Wizards of Oz incident. She will have her body temporarily stoled by Augusta after the true related to her teacher comes to her...

2.4. Trihexa: The apocalypse beast wil be release by Rizevim and his Qlippoth group. All main leaders from the factions around the world will seal themselves with the beast to try to kill it after a very long time.

2.5. Ophis: Infinite God Dragon, leader of Khaos Brigade. She only wish to come back to the Dimensional Gap that is her home. If I use the about E×E Gods killing Great Red in the future to my favor I can get her help.

2.6. Great Red: The strongest God Dragon, Dragon of Dreams; If I can find a way to comunicate with him I might be able to make a deal with the information about his future death at the hands of E×E Gods. I can also make a deal to let Ophis go back to the Dimensional Gap.

2.7. E×E Machine Gods: Another universe gods that Rizevim provoked. Their leaders are stronger than the most powerful being in the D×D universe, Great Red.

2.8. Khaos Brigade: Khaos Brigade was built as a cooperation between the Fallen Angel Satanael and the Wizards of Oz. At some point, it was handed to Ophis, who had the sole purpose of removing Great Red from the dimensional gap. Even when the organization was given to Ophis, it was still manipulated by Rizevim. Known Factions: Old Satan Faction; Nilrem; Hexennacht; Qlippoth Faction; Vali Team; Hero Faction; Ophis; Hidden Spy Faction; and Outer Faction.

2.9. Alliance of Hell: Formed by Hades to combat against the members of DxD as well as the leaders of the mythological worlds, and to fight against the invaders of the ExE world. I remember that some gods of underworld will be involved in this group. There will be new super devils created by Hades in the future, the creepy skeleton god is in possession of the body of my ancestor Lilith and the Book of Lucifer.

2.10. Rizevim's Sacred Gear Canceller: Rizevim secret power; makes him able to nullify any sacred gear. It won't matter to me because I'm not able to use sacred gears, but it's good to remember.

■ 3. Forms to increase my powers:

3.1. King Pieces:

• Rare Evil Pieces, created in the early days of the Rating Games' existence. Originally created by Ajuka Beelzebub, they were judged too dangerous due to the potential for rogue Devils to abuse them, with their production stopped early on.

• There are a total of 12 of these pieces, 9 of which were taken by the Great King Faction – whose leader is Zekram Bael, the original Bael – the other 3 are with Ajuka Belzeebub.

• Those pieces are capable to strengthens the user's demonic power by 10 to 100 times

• The known users of this piece are Roygun Belphegor and Bedeze Abbadon

• Personal note -> This might be useful to raise my power.

3.2. Ophis Infinite Snake:

• Enhances the powers of others by consuming the snake

• Bring out the full potential of Sacred Gears, letting them achieve Balance Breaker far quicker, but this could break their Sacred Gear killing them.

3.3. External Methods or Blessings given by Gods

• Asks Sun Wukong if he can help to find any forms to increase my body quickly like the.

3.4. Book of Lucifer

• Asexually produce new Devils. (Hades will combine it with our ancestor Lilith's body to make them even stronger when they are given birth by her.)

• They contain some information about the powers of each devil created by him. Then there is an explanation of the powers of the devil families. Unfortunately, the Lucifer clan wasn't created by him so they won't be able to get that kind of information from him.

3.5. Valerie Tepes Sephiroth Graal
