London. Two weeks after the Hamunaptra incident. Ardeth Bay never been seen after the collapse. MacGowen back to his life so did Evelyn and Jonathan Carnahan. They left Cairo and begin with their new life in London.

Four day past. Evelyn felt her body no feeling so well, she begin eating a lots and vomit after eating. Her face pale, and sweating. Her body gaining weight for no reason.

Jonathan notice something changing on hers body. She become fatter and fatter.

Her mood changing like a weather. Sometime she being moody, she suddenly crying, anger, rage, revenge, crying again. Evelyn mood are mess up.

Once he saw her laughing alone in living room. No radio or tv turn on to laugh with. Is she going mental?

Back to present. Carnahan's house. By day.

Evelyn on her bed, her face, her feet are swollen in the morning. Her hair messed with eyebag around her eyes.

She not Evelyn Carnahan we know. Beautiful, intelligent librarian woman.

Gently she slide her hips up from bed, walking toward the bathroom. Lock the door behind hers, she walk to the sink.

"I'm feeling so _ fat". She muttered.

Washed her swollen face on the sink, she look up at the mirror. "What on earth my face look like this?" She asking herself. "I'm eating a lots don't I?" She asking herself again.

She about taking her showers. And then sudden _ "Prwahhh!" She vomit inside the toilet seat.

Jonathan hear her from downstairs. Running upstairs straight to her room. He hear her again. "GET OUT!"

"Evie? Are you alright?" Jonathan banging at her door. "Evie!" She keep vomitting inside, she almost faint on the floor. "Evie?"

He knew something happen on his sister. After they back from Hamunaptra, something are happen. "EVIE!" He banged the door again.

"Good lord, what happen in here?" Mama Madeline on view. "Jonathan?" She stood behind him.

He turn to look. "Something not right, Mama Madeline. Since we've got back from Hamunaptra. After weeks she started gaining weight, eating a lots, her mood change and she not my sister I knew".

He gulped. "Was it cursed she brought in?"

"Nonsense. There no more cursed after the creature dead. We should check on her. Perhaps hospital".

"I'd never think about that earlier. Yes, hospital. Evie!" He banged the door, "Last call. We're going to hospital. We're going to see a doctor, checking on you. I'm worried".

He turn to Mama Madeline. "She so pale. Is like something eating inside her alive".

"The bugs?"

Jonathan shaking his head. He doesn't know either bugs or something eating her alive. "Is she slowly turn into a dracula?"

"If she did, you already dead, Jonathan. Dracula drink blood, does she?"

Jonathan shake his head no. "So she not turning into a dracula. I expected something else. I remember when I had same symptom like Evie early in morning".

"Symptom? What kind of symptom". He lifted his eyebrows. "Are you saying she's is pregnant? That impossible. Who or when, WHAT!"

His eye wide. "Imhotep? He touch her. I'm sure ia him because Ardeth had nothing to do with it. He's with me everytime".

Mama Madeline smirking. "So you got your answer then. She's pregnant, and for you congratulation".

"I'm an Uncle?" Shocking.

Both Jonathan and Mama Madeline hear Evelyn inside. An moment, she unlocked the door, the door half open, her face are white leaning on the wall and slowly slide down the floor.

Weak and hopeless. That enough!

"I'm feeling. Not good. I'm going to died I knew it. Its a cursed I brought it with me. Hamunaptra". She choked, said. "The devil itself".

"Darling. This is not curses". said Mama Madeline. Jonathan stop her. "I think you should go to hospital. You look like the dead before your dead".

Evelyn look up. "I'm fine. Why I need to go to hospital". She wiped her mouth. Smile like a crazy woman. "I'm still fine".

"You need doctor, Darling".

Jonathan carried her back inside the bathroom. Mama Madeline help her shower.

Later that. Mr. Charles drive them straight to hospital. The doctor approached.

"My sister think she about to died. Can you check on her?"

The doctor smile in nod. "Shall we?"

Later then. Evelyn walk out from the room. Jonathan, Mr. Charles and Mama Madeline waited outside. Jonathan look up from his laps and saw Evelyn walk towards them.

"How is it? What did the doctor said? Speak to me, Evie". Jonathan demand the answer. "The doctor cut her tongue".

"Jonathan. Let her breathe first. Look at her". Mama Madeline let her sit beside her. "Child? Are you alright?" Her hand patted Evelyn laps.

Evelyn shots up, said. "I'm pregnant!" Jonathan breathing. It's confirmed. She's pregnant, soon to be a mom.

"How dear? How it happen?" ask Mama Madeline.

Evelyn shaking her head. She doesn't know how it happen. But she know how she get pregnant by sudden. It happen before she went to Hamunaptra.

Imhotep.

She put her hand on her flat belly. A tiny human now lived inside her without her notice. Unbelievable creation about to ruining her life.

Her mind blank.

"We talked about this later. We discussed at home".

Night then. After dinner. After got back from the hospital, Evelyn went upstairs to her room and sleep. Before dinner Jonathan wake her up.

Mama Madeline cook the dinner at the Carnahan's home. Evelyn take her shower then having dinner with them.

She never forget about earlier happen today. Shocking news from the doctor about herself. About her pregnancy.

"I'm pregnant because Imhotep. I didn't know it happen so quick. I carried Imhotep child inside me. Sound ridiculous, will my baby turn like her/his father".

"You hated him".

"He raped me, Jonathan. I didn't said anything because for me Imhotep remain dead. And his sexual wasn't active".

Breathe, she continue. "My thoughts was wrong. His sexual are active. Look what he done to me".

"Pregnant?"

"I'm just said. This is _ impossible to happen". Evelyn revealed what Imhotep had done to her while she been abducted by him. "Nefertiti are inside me. I feel her".

Jonathan scratch his back head, said. "You haven't told me anything about this".

"I'm scared, Jonathan. I'm stuck between myself and Nefertiti. Past and present. The temple is collapses right behind us and you think I can explain the whole thing".

Jonathan drop himself on the sofa. Rubs his back neck. "The creature touch you and you never told me. What about Ardeth?"

"He doesn't know either".

"Great. The child will born as the apocalypse one day. Like her/his father. I can't believe this".

Evelyn sit beside him. "What should I do then, kill the baby?"

"I'm not kind an evil like that, Evie. I'll tell you what you had to do". She stare his face. "We raise this child. Give her/his good education, we give her/his lots of love without a father. The child got us, Evie".

She cry lean her head on his shoulder. "Our mother and father must be proud of you. Isn't your dream be a mother one day?"

"Not without you, Jonathan". They smile.

Nine months later. Evelyn inside the delivery room laid on hospital bed, her legs spread wide open. The men and Mama Madeline outside the room.

Early this morning, Evelyn began to feel contraction and her water broke middle of the room. She scream Jonathan name.

He quickly brought her to hospital. Any moment the baby is coming. Evelyn sweating. She swear she accidentally kick the doctor face as she trying to push the baby out from her.

I'm sorry..

"Alright Ms. Carnahan. Better push now, the baby couldn't wait to you". said the doctor. "Now PUSH!"

She scream. Jonathan outside the room are worried about his dear sister.

"She gonna be alright, Jonathan. You don't have to worried. She's fine inside". Mama Madeline comfort him in smile.

Moment that later. Evelyn stop screaming and pushing. Tired, she lean on bed. Hear the baby crying. In pain, she look down between her legs, the doctor held the baby.

"Congratulation, Ms. Carnahan. It's a boy".

The doctor handing the baby to her. In tears, she take the baby in her arm. Study the baby then she cry. The baby share his blood with Imhotep and hers.

That what she cry for. Imhotep. The baby will grown without father on his side. The baby has no trace of being a Ardeth's child.

He had the faintest sign of Imhotep's a lot except his eyes and nose.

Evelyn's eyes squinted at the baby. She might have been imagining it from the fatigue of child birth.

"Hi, Dakota. Yes. I'am your mom". She smile.

She requested the nurse to attend to her baby. When she woke up, she was already inside her private room. Where all her family are here too.

"How are you feeling, Child?"

Evelyn looked around the roo. before answering. "I'm fine. I think". She informed.

"That's good".

Exact moment. The nurse bring the baby inside the room. Jonathan sneak to see his new born nephew closely, then he smiled proud as Uncle Jonathan.

The baby can't run from his faith that he belong to Imhotep. Soon he will find out about his father. Flesh and blood.

The baby in her arm. Evelyn took in the appearance of her son. She kissed his cute nose which made him look at his mother with smoldering hazel brown.

Evelyn's breath with smiled. "What's the baby name you give child?"

Ask Mama Madeline to her. Evelyn kissed the baby nose again then she look up in smile.

"Dakota. Dakota Jaden Carnahan".
