157 A father or maybe not

She was smiling at the same time crying when she went out of her room. Her sisters were both waiting for her in the living room, with expectant faces. She was not sure what both of them were thinking. Were they happy to see her pregnant or were they praying it to be negative?

She did not know what to tell them. She was not even sure what she felt when she saw the result. She was neither happy nor sad. She felt slightly numb. Maybe she was still in shock or she was going insane. She could not fathom at the moment how she wanted to feel. It was quite confusing, what was going through her mind.

"What happened?" George asked as she stood from her chair and walked towards her. 

She was not exactly sure what was happening with their little sister. She did not know how to interpret her face. Was she happy because she was smiling, or was she in despair because she was also crying? But the question remained, was she pregnant.
